A team photographing method can be applied to terminals. The terminals can include a main terminal and at least one member terminal. The method includes: forming a team including the main terminal and the at least one member terminal based on a team photographing instruction initiated by the main terminal; based on a target object to be photographed determined by the main terminal, determining the target object to be photographed of the at least one member terminal; and controlling, by the main terminal, the main terminal and the at least one member terminal to photograph the target object to be photographed cooperatively.

An information processing apparatus comprises: a communication unit which performs short-range wireless communication with an external apparatus configured to provide a predetermined function; a first determination unit which determines, based on information obtained from the external apparatus by the communication unit, whether to perform authentication processing in order to utilize the predetermined function of the external apparatus; and an authentication unit which performs the authentication processing if the first determination unit determines to perform the authentication processing.

Synchronization of simultaneously captured media in a multi-camera system is performed using a consistent file structure within the cameras. A primary camera receives a bitmap describing the file and folder utilization of each of one or more secondary cameras. The primary camera selects a folder number and file position number that is commonly available across all cameras. The primary camera directs the secondary cameras to store subsequently simultaneously captured media content at the selected file number and folder position number. During post-processing, simultaneously-captured content is accessed based on common folder numbers and file position numbers. A post-processing system compares a timestamp associated with each content file in a group with matching folder numbers and file position numbers to identify false positive groupings.

A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores computer-readable instructions, when executed by a processor of an information processing apparatus, causing the information processing apparatus to perform: receiving a parameter from a first other program different from the program; in response to receiving the parameter from the first other program, transmitting a scan execution command including the received parameter to a scanner through a communication interface of the information processing apparatus, the parameter being indicative of a setting value that is set for executing scan processing on the scanner; receiving mode selection information from a second other program different from the program and from the first other program; and in response to receiving the mode selection information from the second other program, converting the received mode selection information into a parameter, and transmitting a scan execution command including the converted parameter to the scanner through the communication interface.

In various examples, a master press and a slave press may be synchronized. A signal associated with the master press printing a first frame on a first web may be received. A point in time may be determined at which the slave press should begin printing, on a second web, a second frame corresponding to the first frame. The determining may be based on the signal associated with the master press and a first distance between the slave press and a downstream location at which the first and second webs converge. The slave press may be operated to begin printing the second frame at the point in time.

An image capturing apparatus receives an operation by a user and communicates with an external apparatus. The apparatus performs control to transmit a plurality of captured images in a predetermined order to a communication apparatus via the communication unit. During transmission of the plurality of the images in the predetermined order, in accordance with an instruction to change a transmission order of a first image having been received, the image capturing apparatus performs control to prioritize transmission of the first image and further performs control such that transmission of an image linked with the first image to the communication apparatus is prioritized by another image capturing apparatus capable of communicating via the communication unit.
