The rear shell body includes an accommodation cavity for accommodating a loudspeaker, the accommodation cavity has a first opening, the rear shell body further includes a cover plate for blocking the first opening, and the cover plate is provided with a sound outlet hole. The present disclosure further provides the display device. The loudspeaker is accommodated in the accommodation cavity of the rear shell rather than the whole machine, so as to prevent the occurrence of resonance.
Method of providing sound that matches displayed image and display device using the method
A method of providing sounds matching an image displayed on a display panel includes: calculating a first object in the image by analyzing digital video data corresponding to the image, and calculating first gain values based on a location of the first object, and applying first gain values to a plurality of sound data; displaying the image on the display panel based on the digital video data; and outputting the plurality of sounds by vibrating the display panel based on the plurality of sound data to which the first gain values applied, using a plurality of sound generating devices.
Display apparatus
A display apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a display cell that displays an image and has a thin-plate shape; one or more vibration exciters that are disposed on rear-surface side of the display cell and cause the display cell to vibrate; and an opposing plate opposed to the display cell with an air gap in between. The display apparatus further includes a sound-spreading adjustment member that is disposed between the display cell and the two or more vibration exciters, and controls spreading of a sound generated by vibration caused by the two or more vibration exciters.
Audio-visual system and method for controlling the same
An audio-visual system may include a housing comprising an open upper end and a storage space, an audio-visual device installed inside the housing and exposable through the open upper end, and a lifting device configured to expose or store the audio-visual device inside the housing through the open upper end. The audio-visual device may include a display, a speaker, and a processor configured to control the audio-visual system to operate in a first mode for outputting media art content while the display is stored in the housing according to a first event, operate in a second mode for outputting audio content through the speaker while part of the display is exposed through the open upper end according to a second event, and operate in a third mode for outputting a visual content while the entire display is exposed through the open upper end according to a third event.
Display apparatus
A display apparatus includes: a display panel including: a display area configured to display an image, and a non-display area, at least one first sound generator in the display area, and at least one second sound generator in the non-display area, wherein each of the at least one first sound generator and the at least one second sound generator is configured to vibrate the display panel to generate sound toward a front of the display panel.
Display apparatus
A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a display; a main body on which the display is mounted; a cover; a mounting member configured to separably mount the main body to the mounting member; and a guide member disposed at a back surface of the main body, the guide member including a plate member and side-surface members extending from opposite side surfaces of the plate member, wherein each of the side-surface members has an inclined shape.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MEDICAL PATIENT DISTRACTION
Systems and methods for medical patient distraction may permit watching an immersive video headset during a dental or medical procedure that is compatible with nitrous oxide. Having the ability to watch a show on an immersive video headset while using nitrous oxide may allow for further distraction of the patient from the discomfort of dental or medical procedures. The parts and pieces of the immersive video headset that touch the patient may be detachable so they can be changed between patients for easy sterilization and cleanliness. Also, the immersive video headset may be capable of mirroring what is on a phone or nearby computer. The design of the headset may be specifically compatible with being able to use a nitrous hood during dental or medical procedures.
Display device
A display device is disclosed. The display device may comprise a display panel; a frame disposed behind the display panel and coupled to the display panel; a stand configured to support the frame at a lower part of the display panel; a bottom accommodation portion fixed to a lower part of the stand, the bottom accommodation portion having an inner space that is opened rearward; and a box slidably inserted into the inner space, the box having an accommodation space provided inside the box.
Display apparatus and sound outputting method thereof
A display apparatus including a display panel configured to display an image in a front direction; a main speaker provided on a rear surface of the display panel; and an auxiliary speaker provided on the rear surface of the display panel, the auxiliary speaker being configured to output a sound in a rear direction opposing the front direction.
Display device and speaker for display device
A display device comprises a display unit having a display surface, a light source that irradiates light onto the display unit, a rear housing attached to an opposite side of the display unit from the display surface, a rear cover that covers a part of the rear housing, and a speaker attached to the rear housing. The speaker includes a speaker main body, a first cover member to which the speaker main body is attached and having an outer surface facing the rear housing, a second cover member disposed so as to face the first cover member across the speaker main body, a retaining member disposed between the speaker main body and the first cover member and fixed to the rear housing by a fastening member, and a magnet attached to the outer surface of the first cover member and fixing the speaker main body to the rear housing.
