An optical module for coupling and irradiating laser beams from a plurality of laser diodes, and onto a desired position is characterized in that a first protruded part corresponding to a first laser holder for holding a first laser diode 1a and a second protruded part corresponding to a second laser holder for holding a second laser diode are provided on a base for placing the optical module thereon, and heat conductive materials are provided between the first protruded part and the first laser holder and between the second protruded part and the second laser holder, respectively.

Examples associated with room capture and projection are disclosed. One example includes an information management module that may maintain information regarding a virtual space and a first digital object within the virtual space. The first digital object may be associated with an artifact in a physical space. A room calibration module may map the virtual space to the physical space using sensors to detect attributes of the physical space. A capture module may record a modification to the artifact to be maintained by the information management module. A projection module may project a representation of a second digital object into the physical space. The representation may be projected based on a signal from the information management module.

A projector according to the present technology includes a blower mechanism, a liquid crystal lightbulb, a light-incident-side polarization plate, and a light-emitting-side polarization plate. The blower mechanism generates a cooling wind. The light-incident-side polarization plate includes a plurality of wires formed to extend non-parallel to the cooling wind blown by the blower mechanism and is arranged on a light-incident side of the liquid crystal lightbulb. The light-emitting-side polarization plate includes a plurality of wires formed to extend non-parallel to the cooling wind blown by the blower mechanism and is arranged on a light-emitting side of the liquid crystal lightbulb.

Hand lifting device and projection apparatus using the same
A hand lifting device and a projection apparatus are provided. The hand lifting device is adapted to carry an object, and includes a support pad and a carrying strap. The support pad has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, and has two first connecting portions. The carrying strap has two end portions, and the two end portions respectively have a second connecting portion. The carrying strap is configured to partially surround the object, such that the second connecting portions of the carrying strap are respectively detachably connected to the first connecting portions of the support pad. The projection apparatus comprises the above hand lifting device and a projector.

The cooling plate includes an upstream-side flowing section, a downstream-side flowing section, and a plurality of heat transfer sections provided in at least one of the upstream-side flowing section and the downstream-side flowing section and aligned in a second direction. The plurality of heat transfer sections include a plurality of fins extending in the second direction and a plurality of channels provided among the plurality of fins. The plurality of heat receiving plates are disposed along the second direction. The plurality of heat transfer sections are separated from one another in positions among the plurality of heat receiving plates in the second direction.
