A system, device and method for generating common actuatable options that initiate a plurality of actions is provided. Interfaces are identified at the one or more display devices, each of the interfaces comprising a respective actuatable option which, when actuated, initiates a respective action, each respective actuatable option having a label. The interfaces are determined to be associated using one or more of: the labels of the respective actuatable options; and the respective actions. In response to determining that the interfaces are associated, a common actuatable option is generated at the one or more display devices, which, when actuated, initiates the respective actions.

Regional independent tandem telephone switch
Implementations of the present disclosure involve an apparatus and/or method for a regional independent tandem switch of a telecommunications network. The tandem switch processes communications between a long distance carrier and a local exchange carrier through a voice over IP (VOIP) network. By utilizing the VOIP network, the regionally independent tandem may process long distance communications to and from any point in the network, regardless of the physical proximity of the tandem to the originating/destination communication device. The regionally independent nature of the tandem also allows for flexibility in communication routing through the network, load balancing between the network tandem switches and reduction of needed components of the network for proper processing of the long distance communications.

Methods and systems for call processing
The present invention is related to telecommunications, and in particular, to methods and systems for processing call signaling data. In an embodiment, a call processing system receives a first message from a switch while the switch is processing a call for a calling party, wherein the first message is initiated at least partly in response to a firing of a call event trigger configured within a switch. The first message includes call signaling information, including the calling party's phone number. The calling party's phone number is stored in the call processing system. A communication channel is established over a network between the call processing system and a computer associated with the called party. A message is transmitted to the networked computer, the message including the calling party's phone number, wherein the calling party's phone number is intended to be displayed on the networked computer associated with the called party.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING CALLS
An example method includes: receiving, from an initiating device, a call destined for a target account; establishing, at a server, a central call session for the call and connecting the initiating device to the central call session; sending a central call session notification to a target device associated with the target account, the central call session notification to prompt the target device to initiate a request to join the central call session; receiving, from the target device, a response to the central call session notification; and when the response comprises the request to join the central call session, connecting the target device to the central call session to establish the call.
