DUAL AXIAL MAGNETIC FLUX INDUCTION SPEAKER

The present invention relates to the operating principle of a loudspeaker (20) with an induction motor (10). The motor (10) has two magnets (1a and 1b) positioned on either side of a central core (2). The magnets (1a and 1b) thus create two magnetic fields (9a and 9b) doubling the magnetic field detected in the movable armature (4). The magnetic field coupled to the electrical field generated by a fixed coil (5) creates a force in the armature (4), which is linked to diaphragm (7) producing the sound. Thus, by increasing the magnetic field, and therefore the force generated in the armature (4), the performances of the loudspeaker (20) are likewise enhanced.

A new loudspeaker structure comprises a housing, a coil assembly and a magnetic vibration diaphragm, wherein the coil assembly is fixed on the housing, and the coil assembly is provided with a connection end connected to an external power source; and the magnetic vibration diaphragm is connected to the housing, and a vibration space for vibration of the magnetic vibration diaphragm is formed between the magnetic vibration diaphragm and the coil assembly. According to the loudspeaker structure of the present invention, a vibration diaphragm is provided as a magnetic vibration diaphragm, thereby removing a bulky magnet, reducing the volume of the loudspeaker structure, and realizing the miniaturization of the loudspeaker structure, so that the application of the loudspeaker structure is more flexible.

Loudspeaker magnetic circuit system having U-shaped short-circuit ring

A loudspeaker magnetic circuit system includes an iron a magnetic steel, a spring washer, a voice coil and a U-shaped short-circuit ring. The U-shaped short-circuit ring includes a first ring body and a second ring body, and the voice coil is positioned and movable up and down in a U-shaped groove formed by the first ring body and the second ring body. Through making the short-circuit ring into a U-shaped structure and optimizing the connection relationship between the short-circuit ring and other components such as the spring washer, magnetic steel and iron, the present invention can effectively reduce the harmonic distortion and non-linear distortion of the loudspeaker and improve the overall acoustic performance of the speaker such that the sound quality of loudspeaker is improved.
