Vibration membrane assembly for speaker, speaker and method for producing the assembly

The present invention discloses a vibration membrane assembly for a speaker, a method for producing a vibration membrane assembly and a speaker. The assembly comprises a vibration membrane and a vibration membrane carrier ring. The method comprises providing a first thermal molding die having a molding side, the molding side having a profile which is complementary to that of the second side of the vibration membrane assembly, putting the vibration membrane carrier ring onto the molding side of the first thermal molding die and laying a vibration membrane blank onto the vibration membrane carrier ring to bring the vibration membrane blank in contact with the vibration membrane carrier ring, applying a pressure to the vibration membrane blank against the vibration membrane carrier ring to nest and fix the vibration membrane blank on the vibration membrane carrier ring to form the vibration membrane assembly, removing the pressure off the vibration membrane blank and separating the vibration membrane assembly from the first thermal molding die.

There is provided an electrodynamic sound transducer comprising a chassis and at least one diaphragm which is capable of vibrating and which at its edge has at least two oppositely disposed fixing portions for fixing the diaphragm to the chassis. The edge of the diaphragm is not connected to the chassis between the fixing portions so that the diaphragm can vibrate freely at those locations.

The diaphragm comprises a diaphragm inner portion disposed over the aperture such that an outer edge of the diaphragm inner portion is located radially inwards of a rim of the aperture, the diaphragm inner portion having a first stress. A diaphragm outer portion extends radially from the outer edge of the diaphragm inner portion to at least the rim of the aperture, the diaphragm outer portion having a second stress different from the first stress.

The present disclosure further includes a speaker incorporating the diaphragm.

A piezoelectric MEMS microphone is disclosed. The microphone includes a base having a cavity; a piezoelectric diaphragm; a fixation beam connecting with the piezoelectric diaphragm; and a support beam connecting with the base and the fixation beam. The piezoelectric diaphragm has a number of diaphragm sheets fixed by the fixation beam, each diaphragm sheet having a fixed end and a free end. The fixed end is connected with the fixation beam, and the free end extends from the fixed end to two sides and is suspended above the cavity. Compared with the related art, mechanical strength of the diaphragm sheet is improved, and the output intensity of the signal is improved.

The diaphragm for a waterproof microspeaker includes an annular dome portion formed of an elastic membrane material and having a dome portion protruding upward or downward, an annular outer periphery portion attached to an outer periphery of the dome portion and injection-molded with a material having rigidity, an annular inner periphery portion attached to an inner periphery of the dome portion and injection-molded with a material having rigidity, and a center diaphragm attached to a center of the inner periphery portion, wherein the outer periphery portion and the inner periphery portion are attached to an edge portion by double-shot injection molding.

Sound generator

A sound generator includes a frame, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system accommodated in the frame. The vibration system includes a suspension. The suspension includes a first part and a second part attached to the first part. The first part includes a first middle portion, a first edge portion, and a first positioning portion. The second part includes a second middle portion, a second edge portion, and a second positioning portion. The second positioning portion is stacked on the first positioning portion, and is assembled with the first positioning portion by adhesive. The first edge portion is convex toward the frame, and the second edge portion is convex away from the frame, by which a sealed cavity is formed between the first and second edge portions. By virtue of such a configuration, the strength of the vibration system is improved.
