ELECTROMAGNETIC MICROSPEAKER, ITS COIL MODULE, SPEAKER/COIL MODULE ARRAY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a coil module, comprising: a vibrating membrane suspended on an air chamber defined and supported by a first substrate, at least one planar coil, embedded in the vibrating membrane, and at least a soft magnet, embedded in the vibrating membrane and disposed surrounding at least a portion of a contour of the planar coil; wherein a substantial portion of the planar coil locates at substantially the same plan where a portion of the soft magnet is arranged. A microspeaker and a. method for preparing the same are also disclosed.
Electronic devices having optical and audio components
An electronic device housing may include a display cover layer that overlaps an array of pixels. The cover layer or other portion of the housing may have an opening that forms an optical and audio port. Optical and audio components may be coupled to the port. A port cover may cover some or all of the port. The port cover may include one or more layers of mesh or other materials that allow light and sound to pass while blocking environmental contaminants. The optical components may include an ambient light sensor or other devices that receive light and/or may include devices that emit light. The audio components may include a microphone and/or a speaker. The optical component may emit or receive light that passes through the audio component. A structure in the interior of the housing may form a passageway coupled to the port through which sound and light passes.
VIBRATING DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a vibrating diaphragm assembly, which relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. The vibrating diaphragm assembly comprises a vibrating diaphragm, wherein the vibrating diaphragm comprises a middle part and a folding ring part surrounding the periphery of the middle part; the vibrating diaphragm comprises a vibrating diaphragm substrate layer and a silica gel layer; the silica gel layer is at least partially combined with the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer; the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer is a high molecular material layer; the silica gel layer is combined on the surface of the folding ring part; and the silica gel layer and the high molecular material layer are formed through injection molding. The vibrating diaphragm assembly of the present invention can improve the compliance of a vibrating diaphragm by arranging a silica gel layer on the surface of a folding ring part and compounding the silica gel layer and a high molecular material layer, improve the chemical stability and the temperature adaptability thereof, optimize the acoustic performance, and improve the product qualification rate.
Bone conduction transducer with increased low frequency performance
A bone conduction transducer includes a yoke having a pair of arms, a layer of high permeability steel on a surface of the yoke between the arms, a metal coil, a metallic post that extends into a center portion of the metal coil, a diaphragm, an anvil attached to a surface of the diaphragm, a pair of permanent magnets attached to an opposite surface of the diaphragm, and a pair of springs. A first end of each spring is attached to a respective one of the arms of the yoke, and a second end of each spring is coupled to the diaphragm. The diaphragm is configured to vibrate in response to a signal supplied to the metal coil. The diaphragm, anvil, and/or metallic post could be formed from a high permeability steel.
Suspension element for suspending the diaphragm of a loudspeaker driver to the chassis thereof as well as driver and loudspeaker comprising the same
The present invention provides a loudspeaker driver not suffering from high levels of distortion caused by the non-linear stiffness commonly found with drivers that utilize progressive suspension elements. The novel suspension element for suspending the diaphragm of a loudspeaker driver to the chassis thereof has a geometry with two opposing first sections and two opposing second sections, which connect the two first sections. The second sections have a curvature radius smaller than that of the first sections. The mean height of the radial cross-sectional profile of the second section is higher than the height of the cross-sectional profile of the first sections. The first sections have an axial stiffness greater than the second sections.
MINIATURE SOUNDER
Some embodiments of the present invention disclose a miniature sounder. The miniature sounder includes a frame, and a vibration system and a magnetic system that are fixedly connected to the frame; the magnetic system includes a lower clamping board, a primary magnet that disposed on the lower clamping board, a cushion that disposed on the lower clamping board and surrounding the primary magnet and a secondary magnet that disposed on the cushion and surrounding the primary magnet, the cushion being disposed between the secondary magnet and the lower clamping board; and the vibration system includes a voice diaphragm, a voice coil that disposed below the voice diaphragm and causing the voice diaphragm to vibrate and generate a sound and a vibration diaphragm elastically supporting the voice coil, the vibration diaphragm comprising a corrugated rim portion, a fixing portion and a connecting portion.
MEMS MICROPHONE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A MEMS microphone includes a substrate having a cavity, a back plate disposed over the substrate, a diaphragm being disposed between the substrate and the back plate and being spaced apart from the substrate and the back plate and at least one anti-buckling portion provided between the substrate and the diaphragm. The diaphragm covers the cavity and the diaphragm senses an acoustic pressure to create a displacement. The anti-buckling portion is configured to temporarily support the diaphragm in case of a warpage of the diaphragm to prevent a buckling of the diaphragm. Thus, the MEMS microphone can prevent the diaphragm from generating a warpage by more than a predetermined degree, so that the diaphragm can have a tensile stress and the buckling phenomenon of the diaphragm can be prevented.
