An analysis system has at least one monitoring assembly that includes at least one microphone to monitor an acoustic field proximate the monitoring assembly. The at least one microphone produces at least one microphone signal responsive to the acoustic field. The analysis system further includes a data storage device configured to buffer the at least one microphone signal and an audio analysis system configured to analyze a content of the data storage device where the audio analysis system is configured to analyze the content of the buffer to process at least a sound into a response or action.

MODULAR COMMUNICATION DEVICE

The present disclosure presents a communication device configured to removably attach to a mask, and to receive, transmit, and amplify sound and/or speech from a wearer.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING AND REPRODUCING ACOUSTIC INFORMATION

In a method for transmitting and reproducing acoustic information, acoustic data is provided which comprises a first data component and a second data component, wherein the first data component does not contain speech information, and the second data component contains speech information. Each piece of data is reproduced by first and second audio reproduction means (30, 40) such that all users (101, 102) can hear the acoustic signals emitted by the first audio reproduction means (30) together, and the acoustic signals emitted by the second audio reproduction means (40) can be heard substantially only by the corresponding user (101, 102).

ADAPTIVE EARTIP FOR TRUE WIRELESS STEREO HEADSETS

An apparatus for fitting an earphone device in an ear canal using an anatomically shaped, compressible cushion member with a through channel and a spacer member extending from its side wall, but not connecting to its other side wall, thus providing sufficient acoustic signal transmission to the ear canal in all circumstances by ensuring a 5 minimum clearance C between the opposing side walls of the channel in both a non-compressed state and a compressed state of the cushion member, while also allowing for a flexible and comfortable design.

SMART SPEAKER, MULTI-VOICE ASSISTANT CONTROL METHOD, AND SMART HOME SYSTEM
20230052994 · 2023-02-16 ·

The invention discloses a smart loudspeaker, wherein the smart loudspeaker includes a voice input module, a language recognition module and at least two voice assistants, and the language recognition module receives a voice information from the voice input module and determines the language category based on the voice information and activates the voice assistant corresponding to the language category.

SYNCHRONIZATION DEVICE AND SYNCHRONIZATION METHOD

To accurately achieve synchronization between a master and a slave that perform wireless communication.

A synchronization device that synchronizes time-series data between a master and a slave by wireless communication, the master including a packet transmission unit that transmits a plurality of packets at a predetermined interval, and the slave including a synchronization unit that synchronizes time-series data transmitted by the master and time-series data received by the slave on the basis of the interval between the plurality of packets.

AIDING DEVICE FOR SINGING ON PITCH
20230047749 · 2023-02-16 ·

Examples of an aiding device for singers are described. The aiding device comprises a body that has a periphery edge, a top wall and a smooth inner wall. The top wall curves away from the periphery edge thus forming a cup-like cavity which is shaped to define a first chamber and a second chamber that are interconnected together. The first chamber is shaped and sized to fit over an earlobe of a singer while the second chamber has a distal end that is designed and configured to be positioned in proximity to a user's mouth. When in use the first chamber encloses one of user's ears and the distal end of the second chamber is positioned in proximity to user's mouth with the periphery edge pressed against user's face such that a sound produced by the user is captured and travels into the second and first chamber and is reflected back from the smooth inner wall producing echo within the cavity. Thus, the unfiltered sound coming out from the singer's mouth is provided to one of the singer's ear in real time and hear the original sound or key in the other ear so that the singer can match his/her pitch to the original sound.

CONTACT AND ACOUSTIC MICROPHONES FOR VOICE WAKE AND VOICE PROCESSING FOR AR/VR APPLICATIONS
20230050954 · 2023-02-16 ·

A method to combine contact and acoustic microphones in a headset for voice wake and voice processing in immersive reality applications is provided. The method includes receiving, from a contact microphone, a first acoustic signal, determining a fidelity and a quality of the first acoustic signal, receiving, from an acoustic microphone, a second acoustic signal, and when the fidelity and quality of the first acoustic signal exceeds a pre-selected threshold, combining the first acoustic signal and the second acoustic signal to provide an enhanced acoustic signal to a smart glass user. A non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing instructions to cause a headset to perform the above method, and the headset, are also provided.

Home sound loacalization and identification
