MICROMETRIC LOUDSPEAKER

A micrometric speaker includes a frame, an electromechanical transducer, and a mechanical-acoustic transducer comprising a rigid plate movably mounted in the frame. The electromechanical transducer comprises two piezoelectric actuators and two elastic strips. The frame comprises a central crossmember from which the two strips extend until engaging two lateral coupling edges of the mechanical-acoustic transducer, and the mechanical-acoustic transducer comprises two linearising springs each extending from one of the lateral edges to the rigid plate, to enable, during a deformation of the strips, a movement of the two lateral edges to the central crossmember and reduce the longitudinal constraints applied to the strips during their deformation due to their “recessed-guided” bending configuration.

VIBRATION SENSOR

The present disclosure provides a vibration sensor. The vibration sensor may include a vibration receiver and an acoustic transducer. The vibration receiver may include a housing, a limiter and a vibration unit. The housing and the acoustic transducer may form an acoustic cavity. The vibration unit may be located in the acoustic cavity to separate the acoustic cavity into a first acoustic cavity and a second acoustic cavity. The acoustic transducer may be acoustically connected to the first acoustic cavity. The housing may be configured to generate a vibration based on an external vibration signal. The vibration unit may change an acoustic pressure within the first acoustic cavity in response to the vibration of the housing, such that the acoustic transducer generates an electrical signal. The vibration unit may include a mass element and an elastic element. A first side of the elastic element may be connected around a side wall of the mass element. A second side of the elastic element may be connected with the limiter.

ELECTRO-ACOUSTIC DRIVER HAVING COMPLIANT DIAPHRAGM WITH STIFFENING ELEMENT

An electro-acoustic driver includes a diaphragm formed of a compliant material, a bobbin configured to hold a winding of an electrical conductor and a housing having a housing axis that is substantially coaxial with the bobbin. The diaphragm is fixed to one end of the housing and has a substantially planar shape when the diaphragm is at rest. A stiffening element is fixed to an inner region of a surface of the diaphragm. A motion of the bobbin along a bobbin axis generates a movement of the inner region of the diaphragm to thereby generate an acoustic signal that propagates from the diaphragm.

An acoustic apparatus includes a back plate, a diaphragm, and at least one pillar. The diaphragm and the back plate are disposed in spaced relation to each other. At least one pillar is configured to at least temporarily connect the back plate and the diaphragm across the distance. The diaphragm stiffness is increased as compared to a diaphragm stiffness in absence of the pillar. The at least one pillar provides a clamped boundary condition when the diaphragm is electrically biased and the clamped boundary is provided at locations where the diaphragm is supported by the at least one pillar.
