METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR OPERATION IN 6 GHz AND COEXISTENCE WITH INCUMBENTS
An access point (AP) communicates to one or more stations (STAs) information indicating a set of channels and/or resource units (RUs), corresponding to a wideband basis service set (BSS) for an authorized unlicensed radio local area network (RLAN) using 6 GHz spectrum, which are subject to a lower power spectral density (PSD) level than other portions of the BSS frequency range or are not to be used for transmission. In some, but not necessarily all, embodiments, the AP and the STAs do not encode data on the identified channels or RUs, but do encode data on other channels and/or other RUs, which are not subject to the lower PSD constraint.
TRANSMIT POWER CONTROL CONFIGURATION FOR PHYSICAL UPLINK CONTROL CHANNEL REPETITION ACROSS MULTIPLE COMPONENT CARRIERS
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) scheduling transmission of a first one or more physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) communications on a first component carrier and a second one or more PUCCH communications on a second component carrier, wherein the DCI includes information identifying a first transmit power configuration for the first one or more PUCCH communications and a second transmit power configuration for the second one or more PUCCH communications. The UE may transmit the first one or more PUCCH communications in accordance with the first transmit power configuration and the second one or more PUCCH communications in accordance with the second transmit power configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.
Method and apparatus for deriving downlink pathloss for device-to-device transmit power control in a wireless communication system
A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a device to perform sidelink transmission. The method includes the device being in RRC (Radio Resource Control)-connected mode in Uu link. The method also includes the device being configured to use at least DL (Downlink) pathloss for sidelink power control. The method further includes the device deriving a first DL pathloss value for determining an uplink transmit power of one specific kind of uplink transmission. In addition, the method includes the device determining or deriving a sidelink transmit power based on the first DL pathloss value. Furthermore, the method includes the device performing a sidelink transmission to other device(s) with the sidelink transmit power.
TRANSMISSION APPARATUS
In M2M communication, data transmission is performed 4 msec after control information for dynamic scheduling is received from a base station apparatus, and the data transmission that needs immediacy has more overhead. In a case where a transmission apparatus performs data transmission to a reception apparatus, there are a first transmission mode in which a data signal based on a transmission parameter included in the received control information is transmitted, and a second transmission mode in which the control signal information is not received, and the data signal is transmitted without the reception apparatus being notified of a transmission timing of the data signal. In a case where transmission of an SR is possible and in a case where data communication is possible with the first transmission mode and the second transmission mode, the transmission apparatus configures different transmission powers in accordance with the transmission modes.

DEVICE-TO-DEVICE (D2D) CROSS LINK POWER CONTROL
Device-to-device (D2D) cross link power control systems and methods may be disclosed. For example, a device such as a UE or WTRU may determine whether it may have simultaneous transmissions where at least one of the transmissions may include a cross link transmission. The device may further determine whether a total transmit power of the simultaneous transmissions may exceed a maximum transmit power of the device. If the device may have simultaneous transmissions and such transmissions may exceed the maximum transmit power, the device may reallocate power based on a priority or priority setting. The device may further determine a maximum cross link power, a maximum device power, and a cross link transmit power level such that the device may further control the power for transmissions based thereon.
ENHANCED UPLINK AND DOWNLINK POWER CONTROL FOR LTE TDD EIMTA
A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus determines an interference type between a time division duplex (TDD) configuration subframe of a serving cell and a corresponding TDD configuration subframe of a neighboring cell, and sets a transmit power for an apparatus in the serving cell based on the interference type. The apparatus in the serving cell may be a user equipment (UE), in which case the apparatus applies a set of uplink (UL) open loop power control parameters for the UE. The apparatus in the serving cell may be a base station (eNB), in which case a DL transmit power is set for the eNB. Depending on the interference type, the DL transmit power may be a fixed, full power DL transmission or an adjusted DL transmission.
METHOD FOR PERFORMING, BY TERMINAL, TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND TERMINAL USING METHOD
Provided are a method for performing, by a terminal, transmission power control in a wireless communication system, and a terminal using the method. The method is characterized by independently calculating first transmission power for wide area network (WAN) transmission performed in a first carrier wave, and second transmission power for transmission according to a device-to-device (D2D) operation performed in a second carrier wave, and reducing the second transmission power if the sum of the first transmission power and the second transmission power is greater than the maximum supported power of the terminal.
