COMMUNICATION TIMING CONTROL METHOD, COMMUNICATION SERVICE SYSTEM AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TERMINAL
A communication timing control method for a communication service system provided with wireless communication devices, a wireless network, and an upper server groups the wireless communication devices using device information including characteristics of a service provided to the wireless communication devices entering the communication service system via the wireless network, characteristics of communication data handled in an execution application for receiving the provided service, and transfer characteristics of the wireless communication devices receiving the provided service. Next, a group-specific communication timing is determined for the grouped wireless communication devices. Next, communication is performed on the basis of the determined communication timing.
Control system, control program, control method, and transmitter used in control system
A control system includes a communications unit, an acquisition unit, and an output unit. The communications unit communicates with a transmitter that transmits a wireless signal. The acquisition unit acquires location information about a location of the transmitter based on the wireless signal that has been transmitted from the transmitter and received by the communications unit. The output unit has an instruction signal including adjustment information transmitted, in accordance with the location information acquired by the acquisition unit, from the communications unit to the transmitter. The adjustment information is used to vary at least one of a time interval at which the transmitter transmits the wireless signal or transmission power with which the transmitter transmits the wireless signal.
Configuration of reduced transmission power time intervals based on traffic load
Reduced transmission power time intervals for wireless communications are described. A node may transmit a time interval allocation bitmap indicating a configuration of reduced transmission power time intervals. The configuration of reduced transmission power time intervals may change based on traffic load at the node.

ADAPTIVE POWER CONTROL FOR INTERCELL INTERFERENCE MANAGEMENT
A method for controlling transmission power from one or more radio units is provided including monitoring channel state feedback for a signal communicated between a first radio unit of the one or more radio units and a user device in a transmitted frequency range, wherein the channel state feedback is based at least in part on a metric of quality of the communicated radiofrequency signal, determining that the channel state feedback satisfies a channel state condition, wherein the channel state condition includes a metric to evaluate performance of the one or more radio units relative to the user device based at least on the metric of quality of the communicated signal, and transmitting an instruction to adjust a transmission power in the transmitted frequency range of at least one of the one or more radio units based at least on the satisfaction of the channel state condition.
Temporal power control system and method
Systems and methods are described for reducing processing time of messages that are repeatedly received, with increasing frequency, by a device (e.g., user equipment, base station etc.). For example, the systems and methods would have a base station decrease power, possibly to minimum power-out, per policy, if messages beyond the original are received and the time between those messages is decreasing. The decrease in time between messages indicates a more urgent need for the base station to power down. The systems and methods can be adapted for different types of messages (e.g., power-up, power-down, resource request, bandwidth request, service type, call type origination, quality-of-service request, application type, etc.). Each message type is associated with a policy (pre-determined or adaptive) that indicates the default behavior when the method detects a decrease in time between messages.
Almost blank subframe in carrier aggregation
Aspects are described for use in wireless communications. A subframe allocation bitmap may indicate multiple subframes. The indicated subframes may correspond to Almost Blank Subframes. Measurement subframe allocation bitmaps may indicate measurement subframes. A first measurement subframe allocation bitmap may exclude subframes indicated by the subframe allocation bitmap. A second measurement subframe allocation bitmap may exclude the measurement subframes indicated by of the first measurement subframe allocation bitmap.

Feedback power control techniques for wireless communications systems
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first downlink control information corresponding to a first group of downlink transmissions and second downlink control information corresponding to a second group of downlink transmissions. The UE may calculate a number of information bits for a feedback message including first feedback for one or more downlink transmissions of the first group and second feedback for one or more downlink transmissions of the second group. The number of information bits may include first information bits of the first feedback and second information bits of the second feedback. The UE may identify a transmission power for the feedback message based on the calculated number of information bits. The UE may transmit the feedback message including the first feedback and the second feedback using the identified transmission power.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING UPLINK POWER IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
An apparatus for controlling an Uplink (UL) power in a wireless communication system including a transmitter/receiver and a controller may be provided. The transmitter/receiver may receive/decode Downlink (DL) data, transmit a feedback signal with respect to the DL data, and receive Transmit power Control (TPC) commands from active set cells including a serving cell. The controller may decode the TPC commands to generate a combined TPC command, in which decoded TPC commands of the active set cells are combined, and calculate a transmission error rate of an UL feedback transmission signal and a requested rate of transmit power increase of the serving cell, determine a transmit power gain offset and the requested rate of transmit power increase, determine an UL power for transmitting a feedback signal with respect to the received DL data based on the transmit power gain offset, and transmit the feedback signal based on the UL power.
