A ceramic carrier substrate for an electrical/electronic circuit. The substrate includes ceramic layers arranged one above the other in an interconnected structure and conductor tracks arranged on and/or in individual ceramic layers and connected to one another as the conductor structure for the electrical/electronic circuit. The interconnected structure is formed by a firing operation. A first conductor substructure is formed in a first interconnected structure subassembly which comprises at least one of the ceramic layers, and a second conductor substructure is formed in a second interconnected structure subassembly which is directly adjacent to the first interconnected structure subassembly and comprises at least one of the ceramic layers. The second conductor substructure substantially consists of high-current conductor tracks and is configured to contact a power circuit. The first conductor substructure substantially consists of signal conductor tracks and is configured to contact a drive circuit for the power circuit.

A structure for wireless communication having a plurality of conductor layers, an insulator layer separating each of the conductor layers, and at least one connector connecting two of the conductor layers wherein an electrical resistance is reduced when an electrical signal is induced in the resonator at a predetermined frequency. The structure is capable of transmitting or receiving electrical energy and/or data at various near and far field magnetic coupling frequencies.

WIRING BOARD

A wiring board includes a first interconnect structure including a first interconnect layer, and a first insulating layer including a non-photosensitive thermosetting resin as a main component thereof, a second interconnect structure including second interconnect layers, and second insulating layers including a photosensitive resin as a main component thereof, and laminated on the first interconnect structure, and an encapsulating resin layer including a non-photosensitive thermosetting resin as a main component thereof, and laminated on an uppermost second insulating layer. An uppermost second interconnect layer includes a pad protruding from the uppermost second insulating layer. The encapsulating resin layer exposes a top surface of the pad, and covers at least a portion of a side surface of the pad. Thermal expansion coefficients of the first insulating layer and the encapsulating resin layer are lower than that of the second insulating layers.

The electronic apparatus includes a first electrically-conductive trace attached to the edge surface. The first electrically-conductive trace electrically connects a first portion of the opto-electronic device to the electrical component and defines a first current path. The electronic apparatus includes a second electrically-conductive trace extending through an opening in the substrate. The second electrically-conductive trace electrically connects a second portion of the opto-electronic device to the electrical component and defines a second current path different than the first current path.

Stretchable mounting board

A stretchable mounting board that includes a stretchable substrate having a main surface, a stretchable wiring disposed on the main surface of the stretchable substrate, a mounting electrode section electrically connected to the stretchable wiring, solder electrically connected to the mounting electrode section and including bismuth and tin, and an electronic component electrically connected to the mounting electrode section with the solder interposed therebetween. The mounting electrode section has a first electrode layer on a side thereof facing the stretchable wiring and which includes bismuth and tin, and a second electrode layer on a side thereof facing the solder and which includes bismuth and tin. A concentration of the bismuth in the first electrode layer is lower than a concentration of the bismuth in the second electrode layer.

Electroless surface treatment plated layers of printed circuit board and method for preparing the same

An electroless surface treatment plated layer of a printed circuit board, a method for preparing the same, and printed circuit board including the same. The electroless surface treatment plated layer includes: electroless nickel (Ni) plated coating/palladium (Pd) plated coating/gold (Au) plated coating, wherein the electroless nickel, palladium, and gold plated coatings have thicknesses of 0.02 to 1 μm, 0.01 to 0.3 μm, and 0.01 to 0.5 μm, respectively. In the electroless surface treatment plated layer of the printed circuit board, a thickness of the nickel plated coating is specially minimized to 0.02 to 1 μm, thereby making it possible to form an optimized electroless Ni/Pd/Au surface treatment plated layer.

Flexible circuit board combined with carrier board and manufacturing method thereof

Disclosed is a structure of a flexible circuit board combined with a carrier board. The carrier board includes a thick copper layer, a thin copper layer, and a release layer formed between the thick copper layer and the thin copper layer. The flexible circuit substrate and the carrier board are bonded together by an adhesive layer. In a subsequent process, the release layer, together with the thick copper layer, is peeled from a top surface of the thin copper layer and the thin copper layer is preserved by being bonded by the adhesive layer to the flexible circuit substrate.

Wiring board

A wiring board includes first insulating layers; first wiring layers; first via wirings; second insulating layers; second wiring layers; second via wirings; and a solder resist layer, wherein the first insulating layers are composed of non-photosensitive resin, wherein the second insulating layers, and the solder resist layer are composed of photosensitive resin, respectively, wherein the first surface of the uppermost first insulating layer and the first end surface of the first via wiring embedded in the uppermost first insulating layer are polished surfaces, wherein the first end surface of the first via wiring embedded in the uppermost first insulating layer is flush with the first surface of the uppermost first insulating layer, and wherein the wiring density of the second wiring layers is higher than the wiring density of the first wiring layers.

Stretchable mounting board

A stretchable mounting board that includes a mounting electrode section electrically connected to stretchable wiring, and solder electrically connected to the mounting electrode section. The mounting electrode section has a first electrode layer on a side thereof facing the stretchable wiring and which includes bismuth and tin, and a second electrode layer on a side thereof facing the solder and which includes bismuth and tin. A concentration of the bismuth in the first electrode layer is lower than a concentration of the bismuth in the second electrode layer, and the concentration of the bismuth in the second electrode layer is constant along a thickness direction thereof.
