POWER SYSTEM
A power system includes a power module, an electronic load and a system board. The power module includes a first surface, a second surface, a switch and a plurality of conductive parts, wherein the switch is disposed on the first surface of the power module and the plurality of conductive parts are disposed on the second surface of the power module. The electronic load includes a plurality of conductive parts. The power module and the electronic load are disposed on two opposite sides of the system board, the power module delivers power to the electronic load through the system board, and gaps and networks of the plurality of conductive parts of the power module correspond to those of the plurality of conductive parts of the electronic load.
Multilayer electronic device including a capacitor having a precisely controlled capacitive area
A multilayer electronic device may include a plurality of dielectric layers stacked in a Z-direction that is perpendicular to an X-Y plane. The device may include a first conductive layer overlying one of the plurality of dielectric layers. The multilayer electronic device may include a second conductive layer overlying another of the plurality of dielectric layers and spaced apart from the first conductive layer in the Z-direction. The second conductive layer may overlap the first conductive layer in the X-Y plane at an overlapping area to form a capacitor. The first conductive layer may have a pair of parallel edges at a boundary of the overlapping area and an offset edge within the overlapping area that is parallel with the pair of parallel edges. An offset distance between the offset edge and at least one of the pair of parallel edges may be less than about 500 microns.
Inductor devices and implementations
According to one configuration, an inductor device includes a first electrically conductive path; a second electrically conductive path, the first electrically conductive path electrically isolated from the second electrically conductive path; first material, the first material operative to space the first electrically conductive path with respect to the second electrically conductive path; and second material. The second material has a substantially higher magnetic permeability than the first material. An assembly of the first electrically conductive path, the second electrically conductive path, and the first material resides in a core of the second material.
Coil component and electronic device
A coil component includes: a coil embedded in a substrate body and having a winding part constituted by a wound conductor; wherein the substrate body has: a first region sandwiched between one end surface of the substrate body and a plane parallel with the one end surface and running through a portion of a first external electrode farthest away from the one end surface; a second region sandwiched between another end of the substrate body and a plane parallel with the another end surface and running through a portion of a second external electrode farthest away from the another end surface; and a third region between the first region and the second region; and the winding part is provided in the third region, and also in the first region where it is wound by one turn or more.

A hob apparatus includes a sensor unit configured to detect a sensor signal, an electronic signal processing unit configured to further process and/or analyze the sensor signal, and a printed circuit board, on which the sensor unit and the signal processing unit are arranged together.
Fabric With Embedded Electrical Components
Electrical components may have plastic packages. Contacts may be formed on exterior surfaces of the plastic packages. A plastic package for an electrical component may have an elongated shape that extends along a longitudinal axis. A first groove may run parallel to the longitudinal axis on a lower surface of the plastic package. A second groove may run perpendicular to the first groove on an opposing upper surface of the plastic package. The electrical components may be coupled to fibers in a fabric such as a woven fabric. A first solder connection may be formed between the first groove and a first fiber such as a weft fiber. A second solder connection may be formed between the second groove and a second fiber such as a warp fiber.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MODULE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MODULE
An electronic component module includes a substrate having a main surface, an electronic component mounted on the main surface, a sealing resin having an insulation property and covering the electronic component and the main surface, and a conductive film that covers an outer surface of the sealing resin. The electronic component includes a housing whose outer surface has an insulation property, and a first external electrode arranged at one end of the housing. The electronic component module includes a conductive auxiliary layer that covers a part of the first external electrode and a part of the housing on a side of the electronic component opposite to the substrate. The sealing resin has a recessed portion that exposes the conductive auxiliary layer. A conductive portion is formed in the recessed portion and is connected to the conductive film and the conductive auxiliary layer.
CIRCUIT BOARD MODULE
A first circuit board includes a positive output pin and a negative output pin of a power conversion circuit, each of which has a shape projecting from a second main surface. A second circuit board has a positive through via and a negative through via, each of which has a shape extending between a third main surface and a fourth main surface. The second main surface of the first circuit board and the third main surface of the second circuit board are physically in close contact with each other. The positive output pin is inserted through the positive through via to reach the fourth main surface. The negative output pin is inserted through the negative through via in such a manner as to reach the fourth main surface. The load receives a current supplied from the power conversion circuit through the positive output pin and the negative output pin.
CIRCUIT BOARD MODULE
A circuit board module includes a first circuit board having a first main surface on which an electronic component that generates heat when the electronic component operates is mounted and a second main surface, a second circuit board having a third main surface on which the first circuit board is mounted and a fourth main surface, and a first thermally-conductive sheet between the first circuit board and the second circuit board. The first circuit board is mounted such that the second main surface faces the third main surface. The first circuit board includes thermally-conductive vias that extend between the first and second main surfaces, the vias being densely distributed in a region near a mounting terminal of the electronic component, filled with a thermally-conductive member, and physically in contact with the first thermally-conductive sheet that covers the third main surface of the second circuit board.
Electronic device having connection path between buck converters
According to an embodiment disclosed in the specification, an electronic device comprises a battery disposed inside the electronic device; a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed inside the electronic device; at least one electronic component disposed on the PCB; and a first buck converter having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is routed to the battery; and a second buck converter having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is selectively electrically connected to the second end of the first buck converter, and the second end is routed to the at least one electronic component, and wherein the first buck converter and the second buck converter are configured to boost a voltage provided from the battery through an electrical path formed from the battery by the first end of the first buck converter, and the second end of the first buck converter, the first end of the second buck converter and the second end of the second buck converter to the at least one electronic component.
