A method for forming resistance on circuit board is provided and includes the following steps. First, a substrate is provided. Next, a second metal layer is provided on the substrate, and the first metal layer is covered by the second metal layer. Then, a resistance is formed on the second metal layer, and the resistance is directly above the first metal layer. Thereafter, the second metal layer is cut so that the edge of the second metal layer is aligned with that of the first metal layer. The second metal layer is separated from the first metal layer. Next, the second metal layer is pressed with a circuit board, and the resistance is attached to a dielectric layer of the circuit board. Then, the second metal layer is etched to form a circuit pattern on the resistance.

A sequence of pulses of laser radiation is directed to pass through the first surface of the donor substrate and impinge on the donor film so as to induce ejection from the donor film onto the target location on the acceptor substrate of a number of molten droplets of the solder material such that the droplets deposited at the target location cumulatively reach the specified bump volume. The target location is heated so the deposited droplets melt and reflow to form the solder bump.

A compliant interconnect with a cylindrical bellows structure is configured to reduce a stress between a substrate and a PCB board. The stress can be caused by a CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) mismatch, a physical movement, or a combination thereof. The compliant interconnect can be solder to and/or immobilized on one or more coupling structure. Alternatively, the compliant interconnect can include an instant swapping structure (such as a socket) that makes the upgrade of the electronic components easier.

Problem Precoating methods for previously adhering solder to areas to be soldered of a workpiece for an electronic part such as a printed circuit board, a chip part, or a wafer include the plating method, the hot leveling method, the solder paste method, the solder ball method, and the like. In these conventional precoating methods, solder did not uniformly adhere to areas to be soldered, solder did not completely adhere, and much equipment and time were required. The present invention provides a method which can perform precoating with uniform application and without the occurrence of defects using simple equipment and a workpiece to which solder is uniformly adhered. Means for Solving the Problem In the present invention, an excess amount of solder powder is dispersed atop an adhesive applied to a substrate, and then excess solder powder which is not adhered to the adhesive is removed. The surface on with solder powder is dispersed is then stacked on a workpiece to which flux is applied with the application of pressure, heating is then performed, and solder is adhered only to areas to be soldered.
