The waterproof lid structure corresponds in position to the opening and includes a supportive sheet metal, waterproof component, movable latch lid and bolts. The supportive sheet metal has an axle pivotally connected to one side of the opening. The waterproof component hermetically seals the opening and lies on one side of the supportive sheet metal. The movable latch lid covers the other side of the supportive sheet metal and is penetrated by passages. The bolts correspond in position to the passages, respectively, and each include a rod portion and a head portion disposed at one end of the rod portion. The rod portions pass through the passages and supportive sheet metal to get fastened to the waterproof component, allowing the head portions to stop at the outer side of the movable latch lid.

Electrical component enclosure with injected seal and method
An enclosure and method for an electrical component having a base portion and a cover portion. The base portion has a first channel which extends about at least a portion of a periphery of the base portion. The cover portion has a second channel which extends about at least a portion of a periphery of the cover portion. The second channel is aligned with the first channel to form a sealant receiving channel. A sealant is provided in the sealant receiving channel. The cover portion has at least one inlet opening configured to receive the sealant as the sealant is injected into the sealant receiving channel. The cover portion has at least one outlet opening configured to allow excess sealant of the sealant to escape from the sealant receiving channel as the sealant is injected into the sealant receiving channel.

Waterproof structure of electronic device
This disclosure provides a waterproof structure of an electronic device having a box, a cable, a sealant, and a cover. The box has an opening and a groove defined on the box along an edge of the opening, the groove is extended in a closed curve manner, and an outer through opening communicated with the groove is defined on an external surface of the box and the groove has an inner through opening communicated with an internal space of the box. An outer baffle and an inner baffle respectively corresponding to the outer and the inner through opening are arranged on the cable, the cable penetrates the box through the outer and the inner through opening, and the outer and the inner baffle respectively close the outer and the inner through opening. The sealant is filled in the groove. The cover body covers the opening and closes the groove.
ELECTRICAL APPARATUS AND PLUG
An electrical apparatus includes a housing including an opening, an electronic component in the housing, electrical wires connected to the electronic component and extending out of the housing through the opening, a plug extending in a first direction and inserted in the opening with the electrical wires passing through the opening, and a waterproofing material in the opening.
