Door handle for a vehicle
The invention concerns a door handle (10) for a vehicle (1), in particular an external door handle (10) for a movable part (2) of the vehicle (1), comprising: a cavity (11) which is at least partially formed by a housing (12) of the door handle (10), and an electronic unit (20), which is received in the cavity (11),
wherein the electronic unit (20) comprises a carrier unit (21), in particular an electric circuit board, such as a printed circuit board or a printed circuit, an electric connector unit (30) which comprises at least one electrically conductive connector element (31), in particular comprising at least one contact pin,
wherein the at least one connector element (31) is fixed, in particular soldered, welded or glued, to the carrier unit (21) in a material-locking manner.
Etching for bonding polymer material to anodized metal
This application relates to a multi-piece enclosure for a portable electronic device. The enclosure includes a metal part including a metal substrate and a metal oxide layer overlaying the metal substrate, the metal oxide layer having an external surface that includes openings that lead into undercut regions. The openings are characterized as having a first width, and the undercut regions are characterized as having a second width that is greater than the first width. The enclosure further includes a non-metallic bulk layer including protruding portions that extend into the undercut regions such that the non-metallic bulk layer is interlocked with the metal part.
Waterproof assembly and display screen
Disclosed is a waterproof substrate, including: two mounting surfaces disposed facing away from each other; and at least one waterproof protrusion provided on at least one of the two mounting surfaces and including: a protrusion body connected with the mounting surface, and one end of the protrusion body away from the waterproof substrate includes a connecting end surface; and at least two waterproof ribs, and each of the waterproof ribs is provided on the connecting end surface respectively and is gradually inclined outwardly in a direction away from the connecting end surface respectively.
Waterproofing structure and related electronic device
A waterproofing structure is disposed between a first assembling component and a second assembling component of an electronic device. The second assembling component is detachably installed on the first assembling component. The waterproofing structure includes a sealing component, an abutting component and a sliding component. The sealing component is located between the first assembling component and the second assembling component. The abutting component is fixed on the second assembling component. The sliding component is slidably installed on the first assembling component. When the sliding component slides along a first direction, the sliding component forces the abutting component to drive the second assembling component to move toward the first assembling component, so that the sealing component is pressed by the first assembling component and the second assembling component.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes a body frame formed by mating first to third members. The first and second members each include first to third mating surfaces. The first and second mating surfaces face corresponding surfaces in a first direction and the third mating surfaces face each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The first to third members each include fourth to sixth mating surfaces. Between the first and second members and the third member, the fourth and fifth mating surfaces face corresponding surfaces in a third direction orthogonal to the first and second directions, and the sixth mating surfaces face each other in the second direction. Microstructures for a liquid repellency are provided on at least one of the first to third mating surfaces and at least one of the fourth to sixth mating surfaces.
Casing assembly having a configuration for blocking extraneous material
A casing assembly having at least one configuration for blocking extraneous material and including first shell part and second shell part. First shell part includes contact portion and first recess portion. Second shell part includes step portion and protrusion portion. Step portion is in contact with contact portion of first shell part and forms decorative slot exposed to outside with contact portion. First recess portion is located on side of contact portion that is located away from decorative slot. Protrusion portion is located on side of step portion that is located away from decorative slot and located in first recess portion. Protrusion portion has top surface facing toward first recess portion, first recess portion has bottom surface, and idle cavity is formed between top surface of protrusion portion and bottom surface of first recess portion.
Electronic control apparatus for vehicle
The present disclosure relates to an electronic control apparatus for a vehicle, and the electronic control apparatus of the present disclosure includes: an electronic control element which includes an electronic control board which electrically controls each part of a vehicle, and a heating element which is positioned on a surface of the electronic control board; a cover and a base which accommodate the electronic control element; and a connector which is coupled to the electronic control element, in which an edge part where the cover and the base come into contact with each other is configured in a multi-step bent shape.
Security enclosure
This invention concerns a security enclosure and in particular an outdoor, non-metallic security enclosure for electrical equipment. The enclosure has a body and a cover which is connected to the body using connecting means such that the cover is movable between a first, closed position wherein the security enclosure is closed and a second, open position wherein the security enclosure is open. The cover is lockable in its closed position. Complementary shaped engagement formations carried by the body and cover engage one another so as to create a mechanical seal between the body and cover when the cover is in its closed position. Retaining formations carried by the body and cover respectively are configured to prevent the cover from being removed from the body when the cover is in its closed position. The invention also concerns a security system including a number of security enclosures.
Methods of fabricating vacuum housings with hermetic solder seals using capillary solder wicks
Hermetically sealed electronic devices and methods for fabricating the hermetically sealed electronic devices are provided. The devices include a solder sealed vacuum housing. The solder seal is formed using a solder wick having an external solder reservoir. When the reservoir is filled with molten solder, the solder is drawn via capillary action into a precisely defined narrow gap between two components of the housing where it forms an airtight and vacuum-tight seal.
CASING FOR ELECTRICAL APPARATUS AND POWER CONTROL APPARATUS
