PLUGGABLE MODULE
A pluggable module includes a power control unit, an interface unit, a monitoring unit, and a signal linkage unit. The power control unit is connected to the interface unit, and the pluggable module can be inserted into an external device by using the interface unit. One end of a pull ring is rotatably connected to a bracket, and the other end can trigger a signal switch. When the pull ring is in an ON state, the signal switch is triggered to send a first switch signal, or when the pull ring is in an OFF state, the signal switch sends a second switch signal. The monitoring unit is configured to control, upon receiving the first switch signal, the power control unit to be powered on, or control, upon receiving the second switch signal, the power control unit to be powered off.
Motor control center (MCC) units with retractable power connector and interlocks including a power connector position interlock
Motor control centers have units or buckets with an extendable/retractable power connection (stab) assembly and one or more operating lever interlocks that include a unit latch to latch to a cabinet and a power connection position interlock that blocks the handle of the units or buckets based on position of the power connection assembly, optionally also including a shutter cam that slides a shutter right and left.
Communication device board and communication device
Communication device board and a communication device are provided. A connector of the communication device board includes a fixed position and a contact position. The fixed position and the contact position; have different levels. The fixed position is fixedly connected one end of an inner side of a conductive resilient sheet. An outer side of the conductive sheet is provided with an insulating coating. When the fixed position fixedly connected to the end of the inner side of the conductive resilient sheet, and a mating gap between the connector of the communication device board and a corresponding communication device connector is smaller than a preset threshold range, A second end of the inner side of the conductive resilient sheet is in contact with the contact position (12).
System and method for mechanical release of sleds in enclosures
An enclosure for installation in a server rack has front panel access to multiple release mechanisms. The front panel access allows separate and safe dual tasking of both hot and cold swaps. A hot swap mechanism allows a sled to be ejected while retaining a connection to electrical power. A separate cold swap mechanism releases the sled and also disconnects the electrical connection. When the hot swap mechanism is engaged or enabled, one or more mechanical linkages operate to lock out access to the cold swap mechanism. When the cold swap mechanism is engaged or enabled, the mechanical linkages interferes or blocks manual operation of the hot swap mechanism. Both the hot swap mechanism and the cold swap mechanism thus cannot be inadvertently and/or simultaneously performed.
Techniques for use of a multipurpose latch
Examples may include techniques for use of a latch to secure a device inserted in a host computing system. The latch including a housing having holes or ports and an active contacts pad to receive external communication or control links routed through the holes or ports and to further route the communication or control links to circuitry at the device. The latch also including a securing pin attached to a lever to secure the device to the host computing system when the lever is engaged.
Mechanical interlock
A mechanical interlock for securing a cover to a housing may include a cover latch coupled to a wall of a housing, and a spring biasing the cover latch in a first direction and coupled between the wall of the housing and the cover latch. The mechanical interlock may further include an arm coupled to the cover latch at a first end of the arm, and an electrical socket aperture defined within the wall of the housing juxtaposed to a second end of the arm. When the cover latch is returned to the first position via the spring after the cover is removed from the housing, the arm permits for the electrical cord to interface with the electrical socket.
LIFTING LOCK AND LED DISPLAY SCREEN WITH THE LIFTING LOCK
Disclosed are a lifting lock and a LED display screen having the lifting lock. The lifting lock includes a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism. The first lifting mechanism includes a first base and a lock head, and a plug hole and a clamping groove are arranged on the lock head. The second lifting mechanism includes a second base, a plug structure, a safety structure arranged on the second base. The second base includes a lock hole extending along a longitudinal direction, and the lock head is movably inserted in the lock hole. The safety structure includes an elastic bolt movable along the horizontal direction and configured to cooperate with the clamping groove to lock the lock head. The plug structure includes a plug movable along a horizontal direction and configured to match with the plug hole to lock the lock head.
