Cabinet and server having the cabinet

A cabinet and a server having the cabinet are disclosed, the cabinet includes a housing, two trays, an elastic piece, and a limiting piece. The trays are arranged in parallel and capable of sliding out of an opening or retracting in the housing. The elastic piece is connected to the housing and arranged between the trays. The limiting piece is connected to the elastic piece and arranged between the trays, each of the trays defines a hole corresponding to the limiting piece, each of the trays includes a protrusion. When one of the trays slides out of the opening, the protrusion slides to the limiting piece and pushes the limiting piece into the hole of the other tray; when the tray retracts in the housing, the protrusion slides away from the limiting piece, the elastic piece elastically recover the limiting piece to separate from the hole.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENCLOSURE

The present disclosure discloses a telecommunications enclosure (1) and a method for coupling a cable (6) to a cable port (15) of the telecommunications enclosure (1). The latter comprises a casing (2) and a base (10) removably coupled to the casing (2). The base (10) comprises an outer structure (11) having an inner opening (12), and an inner assembly (130) comprising an inner structure (13), adapted to be removably inserted within the inner opening (12), and a plurality of sealing modules (14), each comprising a first part (14a) and a second part (14b). The outer structure (11) comprises a plurality of receiving portions (16) each having a recess (161) adapted to receive at least said first part (14a) of a respective sealing module (14) of the plurality of sealing modules (14). The base (10) is commutable between an assembled condition and a disassembled condition. In the assembled condition, the sealing modules (14), the inner structure (13) and the outer structure (11) are coupled to each other, the inner assembly (130) is inserted within the inner opening (12) of the outer structure (11) and, for each sealing module (14), at least said first part (14a) is received in the respective recess (161), the second part is coupled to the inner structure (13) and said first part (14a) and second part (14b) define a corresponding cable port (15). In the disassembled condition, at least part of the inner assembly (130) is removed from the inner opening (12) of the outer structure (13) to enable insertion of a cable (6) into the respective cable port (15). In both the assembled condition and disassembled condition, the plurality of receiving portions (16) of the outer structure (11) are connected to each other.

PORTABLE DOCK FOR ELECTRONIC KEY RETENTION DEVICES
20230044833 · 2023-02-09 ·

A key retention device and a portable dock for the key retention device are disclosed. The key retention device includes a key holder and a base. The key holder is rotatably coupled to the base. The base includes pins that extend into a cavity of the key holder when the key holder is in a closed position and do not extend into the cavity when the key holder is in an open position. The base includes a finger that prevents users from inserting an electronic key into the key holder when the key holder is in the closed position. The key retention device can receive the portable dock and lock the key holder in the locked position when a user input is received. The user input can be provided to the key retention device to remove an electronic key from the portable dock or to remove the portable dock altogether.

RACK MOUNTING ADAPTER WITH AIRFLOW MANAGEMENT

Rack mounting adapters with airflow management are disclosed. In one embodiment, rack mounting adapter apparatus comprises: a housing configured to adapt an electrical component chassis subrack configured for side-to-side airflow cooling to mount to an equipment rack; and an airflow management system within the housing that converts the side-to-side airflow cooling of the electrical component chassis subrack to a front-to-back airflow configuration that intakes air from a front of the equipment rack and exhausts air to a back of the equipment rack.
