A functional panel is provided. The functional panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a bonding layer, a functional element, a protective layer, and a terminal. The bonding layer is positioned between the first and second substrates. The functional element is surrounded by the first substrate, the second substrate, and the bonding layer. The terminal is electrically connected to the functional element and provided not to overlap with one of the first and second substrates. The protective layer is provided to be in contact with side surfaces of the first and second substrates and an exposed surface of the bonding layer. A surface of the terminal is partly exposed without being covered with the protective layer. The surface of the terminal partly includes a material having a lower ionization tendency than hydrogen.

Light-emitting device
It is an object of the present invention to provide a light-emitting device where periphery deterioration can be prevented from occurring even when an organic insulating film is used as an insulating film for the light-emitting device. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a light-emitting device where reliability for a long period of time can be improved. A structure of an inorganic film, an organic film, and an inorganic film is not continuously provided from under a sealing material under a cathode for a light-emitting element. In addition, penetration of water is suppressed by defining the shape of the inorganic film that is formed over the organic film even when a structure of an inorganic film, an organic film, and an inorganic film is continuously provided under a cathode for a light-emitting element.

A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a first display module and a second display module. The first display module includes a display region and a light-transmission region adjacent to the display region. The second display module is disposed in the light-transmission region, and is adjacent to the display region of the first display module. The second display module includes a plurality of pixel regions. Each of the pixel regions is provided with a self-luminous micro-light-emitting unit, and any adjacent two of the micro-light-emitting units are spaced apart from each other.

The present application describes a display panel having a plurality of subpixels. Each of the plurality of subpixels has a light blocking region and a light transmissive region surrounding the light blocking region. Each of the plurality of subpixels in the light blocking region includes a first base substrate and a second base substrate facing each other; a first light emitting element and a first reflective block on a side of the first base substrate proximal to the second base substrate; and a second reflective block on a side of the second base substrate proximal to the first base substrate. The first reflective block and the second reflective block are configured to reflect light emitted from the first light emitting element to the light transmissive region thereby displaying an image.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device with high operation stability is provided. The display device comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, and a conductive fluid. The first substrate has a first insulating plate and a switching element. The switching element is formed on the first insulating plate. The second substrate has a second insulating plate, a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. The second insulating plate faces the first insulating plate. The first electrode is formed on the second insulating plate. The light-emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the light-emitting layer. The second electrode faces the switching element. The conductive fluid is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The conductive fluid electrically connects the switching element and the second electrode.
MULTI-PANEL ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE
A multi-panel organic light emitting display device is disclosed that includes a plurality of display panels coupled to each other. Each of the plurality of display panels includes: a substrate including an active area and a non-active area; and a display unit including an organic light emitting element on the substrate. Each of the plurality of display panels also includes: a plurality of signal lines disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the display unit; and a plurality of link lines disposed under the substrate. Each of the plurality of display panels further includes a plurality of side lines connecting the plurality of signal lines and the plurality of link lines. Each of the plurality of display panels also includes a driving circuit electrically connected to the plurality of link lines.
