An electronic device according to various embodiments disclosed herein may include: a display panel including a light-emitting layer in which multiple light-emitting parts are arranged and a circuit layer in which multiple circuit parts electrically connected to at least some of the multiple light-emitting parts are arranged, the display panel including a first area, a second area adjacent to the first area, and a third area other than the first area and the second area, and a camera disposed on or under a rear surface of a display including the display panel such that a lens of the camera faces the first area of the display panel, wherein the first area of the display panel may be an area in which the circuit parts are not present, and an area in which a first light-emitting part connected to a circuit part positioned in the second area is disposed, the second area of the display panel may be an area in which second light-emitting parts connected to the circuit part positioned in the second area and a dummy light-emitting part not connected to the circuit part are arranged, and the third area of the display panel may be an area in which a fourth light-emitting part connected to a circuit part disposed in the third area is disposed.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING CAMERA MODULE
An example electronic device includes a camera module, wherein the electronic device may include a display panel and the camera module is disposed under the display panel. The display panel may include a first region having a first pixel density and overlapping the camera module, and a second region having a second pixel density greater than the first pixel density. The first region may include a transmissive region through which light is transmitted and which includes first pixels, and a non-transmissive region which is disposed around the transmissive region and in which a first driving circuit configured to drive the first pixels is arranged. Connection wires connecting the first pixels and the first driving circuit to each other may be arranged in the transmissive region, the connection wires may include at least one curved region.

A display device includes: a display panel including: a base substrate; a thin film transistor layer provided on the base substrate and including a semiconductor layer, a gate insulation film, a plurality of first wiring lines, an interlayer insulation film, and a plurality of second wiring lines, all of which are stacked in a stated order; a light-emitting element layer provided on the thin film transistor layer; and a sealing film provided on the light-emitting element layer; and an image capturing unit provided on a base substrate side of the display area of the display panel, wherein in a plan view, the plurality of second wiring lines, in an area overlapping the image capturing unit, have portions respectively overlapping the plurality of first wiring lines.
DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a display region. The first connection line is electrically connected to the first pixel sub-circuit and an anode of the first light-emitting sub-element. The anode of the first light-emitting sub-element is electrically connected to the first connection line through a first hole penetrating the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer. A shape of a cross section of the first hole in a plane perpendicular to the display substrate is an inverted convex shape, and in the first hole, a diameter of an opening of the second insulation layer is larger than a diameter of an opening of the first insulation layer. The anode of the first light-emitting sub-element includes a first groove structure located in the first hole, and a bottom of the first groove structure is in contact with the first connection line.

Display substrate, manufacturing method therefor and display apparatus are provided. The display substrate includes a display area, the display area including a pixel region, a light transmissive region, and an isolation region between the pixel region and the light transmissive region and at least partially surrounding the light transmissive region; the isolation region includes an isolation component, a barrier wall structure, and a groove structure located therebetween; the pixel region includes a light-emitting functional layer and an organic encapsulation layer; a portion of the light-emitting functional layer extending to the isolation region is disconnected at a side face of the isolation component; and the organic encapsulation layer extends from the pixel region to the isolation region, and the groove structure and the barrier wall structure is configured for limiting an extension of the organic encapsulation layer to the light transmissive region.
DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING TRANSMISSION REGIONS AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
A display device includes a display panel on which a first light emitting element and a second light emitting element adjacent to the first light emitting element are disposed. A sensor layer including a touch electrode is disposed on the display panel. The touch electrode includes a first portion having a first width, a second portion having a second width that is smaller than the first width, and a third portion connecting the first portion to the second portion. The first portion, the second portion, and the third portion are each disposed between the first light emitting element and the second light emitting element.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND SENSING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME
A display device is disclosed that includes a plurality of pixels and a plurality of code pixels. The pixels include light-emitting elements, which display an image. The code pixels are disposed in the same layer as the pixels and are adjacent to a reference point disposed between the pixels. The code pixels include infrared light-emitting elements, which emit infrared light. At least one of the code pixels, disposed in a particular direction from the reference point, emit the infrared light to provide a code pattern having position information.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display, a display driver integrated circuit (IC) that controls the display, a camera disposed in a display area, and a processor connected with the display driver IC and the camera. The display includes a normal area having a first pixel density, a camera light-receiving area where the camera is disposed and at least one pixel is disposed, the camera light-receiving area having a second pixel density lower than first pixel density, and a circuit area provided between the normal area and the camera light-receiving area and having a third pixel density, and a circuit that transfers a drive voltage to the pixel disposed in the camera light-receiving area is disposed in the circuit area. The third pixel density is lower than or equal to the first pixel density, and the third pixel density is higher than the second pixel density.

The display apparatus includes a substrate including an auxiliary circuit area and an auxiliary display area, an auxiliary pixel circuit on the auxiliary circuit area, an auxiliary display element on the auxiliary display area, and a connection line extending from the auxiliary circuit area to the auxiliary display area and configured to connect the auxiliary pixel circuit to the auxiliary display element. The connection line includes a first sub-line and a second sub-line which are on different layers, and the first sub-line is electrically connected to the second sub-line through a contact portion.

A foldable display device includes a display panel including a front surface and a rear surface opposite the front surface, the front surface including a first component area including a first transmissive portion, a second component area including a second transmissive portion, and a main display area at least partially surrounding the first component area and the second component area, wherein, in a state in which the foldable display device is folded about a first folding axis that crosses the main display area such that two areas of the front surface or two areas of the rear surface face each other, the first component area and the second component area overlap each other on a plane.
