The system provides an air passage through the inlet section, the wind turbine and the outlet section, and allows for variation of the inlet and outlet depending on wind direction, in order to maximize efficiency harnessed within a time interval in accordance to wind direction and wind speed.
WIND TURBINE LAYOUT OPTIMIZATION METHOD COMBINING WITH DISPATCHING STRATEGY FOR WIND FARM
Disclosed is a wind turbine layout optimization method combining with a dispatching strategy for the wind farm. In the wind farm micro-siting stage, the installed wind turbines number and the arrangement positions are optimized. In this method, the dispatching strategy of wind turbines is considered during the layout optimization of wind turbines, and the axial induction factor of each wind turbine is introduced into the layout optimization variables. The dispatching strategy of maximizing the wind farm power generation is combined with the layout optimization of wind turbines in the construction stage of the wind farm, so that the wake effect is effectively reduced and the capacity cost is reduced, which meet the requirement of actual wind farm. A hybrid optimization algorithm is proposed in this method, with a greedy algorithm to optimize the turbine number and a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to refine the turbine layout scheme.

Planetary Gearset
A method for designing a planetary gearset meeting one or more design targets is described. Initially, a size and ratio of the planetary gear set, and the number of planet gears for the planetary gearset is specified. All valid combinations of tooth numbers and planet numbers that satisfy one or more constraints are then calculated. From these, a starting combination is selected and a value for a design target for the gear set is calculated. One or more of the macro-geometry parameters are modified, and the macrogeometry parameters are chosen such that the positive effects of one macrogeometry parameter on the design target counteract any negative effects of another macrogeometry parameter. In this way, a design for planetary gearset meeting the one or more design targets is produced. Also disclosed is a method additionally calculating a sideband distribution resulting from the selected combination. The side band distribution is compared with a design target for sideband distribution and parameters are varied as necessary to achieve the required design.
LED And/Or Laser Light Device Has Projection
The (LED or-and Laser) light source for bulb or light device such as garden light that has at least one of or more than one optics-lens, and light device has one top cover having shape of flat or ½ ball, ⅔ ball, sphere, dome shape for top cover. Foe laser light source incorporate with flat top protective lens and laser film or grating film to enlarge or created plurality of image, lighted patterns. For LED light source can has project assembly which is a built-in or add-on or assembled inside of said light device. Further can incorporated flexible bendable arms to change position, direction, orientation of (LED or-and Laser) light beam. The said Light device also can offer near-by and far-away illumination, or-and lighted image, pattern projection with desired light effects by rotating optic-lens or LED(s). It also can get desired effects while LED(s) controlled by IC or circuitry making LED(s) for color changing or on-off on desired time, duration, cycles. The light device further can have more than one function selected from USB charger, power failure, RF remote control, Infra-red controller, blue-tooth, wifi, internet, App software, motion sensor and wireless with multiple-way communication. APPROXIMATE VALUE ITERATION WITH COMPLEX RETURNS BY BOUNDING
A control system and method for controlling a system, which employs a data set representing a plurality of states and associated trajectories of an environment of the system; and which iteratively determines an estimate of an optimal control policy for the system. The iterative process performs the substeps, until convergence, of estimating a long term value for operation at a respective state of the environment over a series of predicted future environmental states; using a complex return of the data set to determine a bound to improve the estimated long term value; and producing an updated estimate of an optimal control policy dependent on the improved estimate of the long term value. The control system may produce an output signal to control the system directly, or output the optimized control policy. The system preferably is a reinforcement learning system which continually improves.
