Identification of organic specimen model data region with ultrasound propagation region
A system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable medium The system includes a processor configured to receive ultrasound data from an ultrasound reflected wave reflected from specimen features in an organic specimen resultant from an ultrasound incident wave transmitted into the organic specimen; to identify each region having data obtained from anatomic model data related to the organic specimen that satisfies selection criteria in comparison to the received ultrasound data; and to repeat consecutively, if the number of identified regions is not equal to one and the number of times the selection criteria are adjusted is less than a specified maximum number of adjustments, removal of identified status from each identified region, adjustment of the selection criteria in accordance with adjustment rules and identification of each region having data obtained from anatomic model data that satisfies the adjusted selection criteria in comparison to the received ultrasound data.
Monitoring of health
A health monitoring system receives a health condition reading from a mobile device. The health condition reading is compared to ranges of data defining acceptable health conditions. If the health condition reading lies outside one of the ranges of data, then an alert may be generated and sent to the mobile device. The alert informs a user that the health condition reading is unacceptable, perhaps requiring medical attention.
Method and apparatus for exercise monitoring combining exercise monitoring and visual data with wireless devices
Embodiments of the invention provide a method and apparatus for a wireless exercise monitoring system for interactively monitoring an aspect of exercise, sports, or fitness utilizing a wearable device, such as a watch, eyewear, or smart apparel. The device is equipped with, or connected to, a digital camera. Sensors integrated with, or wirelessly connected to, the wearable internet device record physiological data during exercise and data measuring the amount of exercise performed. The data and visual images from the camera are transmitted to one or more internet servers, and may be shared with other mobile internet devices.

Organic specimen feature identification in ultrasound data
A system, method, and non-transitory computer-readable medium. The system includes a processor configured to receive reference ultrasound data from ultrasound reflected waves received from specimen features in an organic specimen resultant from reference ultrasound incident waves transmitted into the organic specimen, wherein positional awareness of each ultrasound reflected wave relative to the organic specimen is maintained; to identify a reference propagation region in the organic specimen into which the reference ultrasound incident waves were transmitted into the organic specimen and a corresponding reference model image region in anatomic model data corresponding to at least part of the organic specimen; and to receive additional ultrasound data from ultrasound reflected waves received from specimen features in the organic specimen resultant from additional ultrasound incident waves transmitted into the organic specimen, wherein positional awareness is maintained between the reference propagation region and a propagation region of the additional ultrasound data.

G.P.S. management system
A management system using Global Positioning System receivers for tracking remote units from a central office and quickly and conveniently determining if those remote units have varied from a set of predetermined parameters of operation. The system also includes provisions that allows information to be sent from the remote units to the central office and vice versa. The system also has safety features that promote the rapid dispatch of law enforcement personnel when requests for emergency assistance have been made from the remote units.

Methods and systems for monitoring patients undergoing treatment for cancer
Oncology monitoring systems include: (a) a first plurality of radiation sensors configured to reside proximate a target tumor treatment site of a patient, the sensors being configured to provide radiation data associated with the tumor treatment site; and (b) a first portable receiver in communication with the plurality of sensors. The receiver is configured to obtain radiation data from the sensors at a plurality of different times. The receiver is in communication with a local and/or remote computer that tracks variation in the radiation data to provide dynamic tumor site information.
