A system, apparatus, composition and methods for producing a modular, ultra-thin, ultra-lightweight thermal camouflage, thermal signature mitigation and thermal insulation system. The thermal management system may comprise one or more composite layers or combinations of ultra-thin and ultra-lightweight non-woven stealth coated substrates. Each composite layer may be coated with specific components to create different thermal camouflage through a biomimicry application process of absorbance, reflective, protective layering, thermal signature mitigation, and/or thermal insulation system capabilities. Layers can be combined to enable dynamic stealth camouflage tunable performances of reflectivity, transmission, emissivity, or absorption in selective visible, near infrared, and infrared wavelength bands whereby each substrate has a unique EM wave propagation control or thermal signature mitigation characteristics. Embodiments enable thermal camouflage, thermal signature mitigation, and thermal insulation solutions that are adaptable to specific battlefield scenarios or environmental requirements.

A garment assembly such as a uniform, a military uniform and a military combat uniform is presented. The garment assembly includes a helmet or head cover being cut from a fabric having a first camouflage pattern with a first set of intermixed colored blotches thereon. The colors of the first set of intermixed colored blotches being selected from a first group of colors including an Olive 527 color, a Dark Green 528 color, a Tan 525 color, a Brown 529 color, a Bark Brown 561 color and a Dark Cream 559 color. The uniform also includes a coat being configured to fit at least a portion of a human torso and a trouser configured to fit at least a portion of human legs, the coat and trouser each being cut from a fabric having a second camouflage pattern with a second set of intermixed colored blotches thereon, the colors of the second set of intermixed colored blotches being selected from a second group of colors comprising an Olive 527 color, a Dark Green 528 color, a Light Sage 560 color, a Tan 525 color, a Brown 529 color, a Bark Brown 561 color and a Dark Cream 559 color.

Camouflage patterns on a substrate such as a fabric comprise in a first aspect a substrate having a camouflage pattern with a set of intermixed colored blotches thereon, the colors of the set of intermixed colored blotches being selected from a group of colors comprising an Olive 527 color, a Dark Green 528 color, a Tan 525 color, a Brown 529 color, a Bark Brown 561 color and a Dark Cream 559 color. A portable hunting blind for a bow includes a bow attachment bracket, a stabilizer track, a blind attachment bracket, a camouflage blind, and a fastener assembly. The camouflage blind protects and hides a hunter form an animal. The camouflage blind includes a rod and a foldable panel as the foldable panel is terminally attached to the rod and the rod is terminally connected to the blind attachment bracket. The blind attachment bracket and the stabilizer track are positioned in between the camouflage panel and the bow attachment bracket that secures the portable hunting blind to a hunting bow. The bow attachment bracket is slidable mounted to the blind attachment bracket through the stabilizer track and the fastener assembly thus deploying the portable hunting blind in front of the hunter and the bow.
