The pipe clamp includes an inside clamp segment and an outside clamp segment each having a semi-cylindrical shape, a first end and a second end. The outside clamp segment has an inside surface that defines a friction element. The friction element is for gripping an outside surface of the pipe to which the outside clamp segment is affixed. A system and a method are provided for making hypochlorous acid using saltwater with sodium bicarbonate. The system includes an electrolytic cell, a quantity of saltwater solution, and a quantity of sodium bicarbonate. The quantity of saltwater solution is poured into the electrolytic cell and then undergoes an electrolytic process. As a result of the quantity of saltwater solution going through the electrolytic process, a hypochlorous acid solution is yielded. In order to ensure a pure hypochlorous acid solution is formed, the quantity of sodium bicarbonate can be added into the electrolytic cell along with the quantity of saltwater solution before the electrolytic process or the quantity of sodium bicarbonate can be added into the hypochlorous acid solution after the hypochlorous acid solution is yielded. This process adjusts the pH level of the hypochlorous acid solution, and thus, produces a purer hypochlorous acid solution.

Sensing events affecting liquid flow in a liquid distribution system

By monitoring pressure transients in a liquid within a liquid distribution system using only a single sensor, events such as the opening and closing of valves at specific fixtures are readily detected. The sensor, which can readily be coupled to a faucet bib, transmits an output signal to a computing device. Each such event can be identified by the device based by comparing characteristic features of the pressure transient waveform with previously observed characteristic features for events in the system. These characteristic features, which can include the varying pressure, derivative, and real Cepstrum of the pressure transient waveform, can be used to select a specific fixture where a valve open or close event has occurred. Flow to each fixture and leaks in the system can also be determined from the pressure transient signal. A second sensor disposed at a point disparate from the first sensor provides further event information.

The liquid cryogen will enter the structure, warm up and enter the gaseous phase very rapidly. The gaseous cryogen will displace the air that is present in the structure out of the structure and reduce the content of oxygen in the structure to about 10 parts per million when welding can begin.
