A gas regulating and control system is provided that is configured to be received at a gas regulator installed at a remote location for remotely controlling the gas flow, the system including a gas control module including a plurality of sensors associated with the gas regulator, the plurality of sensors configured to sense a corresponding plurality of parameters associated with the gas regulator. The gas control module is configured to automatically turn off the gas to the gas regulator when one or more of the corresponding plurality sensed parameters is determined to be outside an acceptable range for the sensed parameter.

A pressure transfer assembly including a piston slidably disposed within a cylinder bore between a control fluid chamber and a reference fluid chamber is dimensioned to provide a predefined radial clearance between at least a portion of the outer side wall and the inner circumferential surface of the housing along a predefined axial length of the main body. The predefined radial clearance and predefined axial length are dimensioned to control the flow rate and amount of fluid along one or more fluid communication passages formed between at least a portion of the piston and the housing inner circumferential surface from one or more high pressure fluid zones to a lower pressure fluid zone which can include a leak and/or weep orifice directing fluid to a drain and/or vent circuit.

Fluid regulator
A fluid regulator includes a balance port regulator valve and an actuator coupled to the regulator valve. The regulator valve has an inlet, an outlet, a valve port disposed between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve disc movable along a longitudinal axis between a closed position in which the valve disc sealingly engages the valve port and an open position in which the valve disc is spaced apart from the valve port. The actuator is responsive to fluid pressure to move an actuator stem along the longitudinal axis. A connector assembly operably and removably connects the valve disc to the actuator stem.
Pressure-regulating valve
A pressure-regulating valve has a valve piston (10) subjected to the action of an energy store and guided longitudinally in a valve housing (12). The valve housing has a supply port (14), a utility port (16) and a tank port (18) actuated by a control part (20) closing with a sealing action. In connecting from the supply port to the utility port, a pressure reduction function is realized. In a fluidic connection from the utility port to the tank port, a pressure-limiting function is realized. The control part (20) has a control rod (22) with two control bodies (24, 26) spaced apart from one another. One control body (24) controls the connection between supply port (14) and utility port (16). The other control body (26) controls the connection between utility port (16) and tank port (18).
FLUID REGULATOR
A fluid regulator includes a balance port regulator valve and an actuator coupled to the regulator valve. The regulator valve has an inlet, an outlet, a valve port disposed between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve disc movable along a longitudinal axis between a closed position in which the valve disc sealingly engages the valve port and an open position in which the valve disc is spaced apart from the valve port. The actuator is responsive to fluid pressure to move an actuator stem along the longitudinal axis. A connector assembly operably and removably connects the valve disc to the actuator stem.
Remote Gas Regulating and Control Systems and Related Devices
A gas regulating and control system is provided that is configured to be received at a gas regulator installed at a remote location for remotely controlling the gas flow, the system including a gas control module including a plurality of sensors associated with the gas regulator, the plurality of sensors configured to sense a corresponding plurality of parameters associated with the gas regulator. Fixed lever and pin assembly for stabilizing gas flow and pressure regulation of a fluid regulator
A fixed lever and pin assembly may include a lever body having a front end, a back end, and an arm connecting the front end and the back end. The front end of the lever body may be operatively coupled to a control element of a regulator. The arm may be adapted to operatively couple to an actuator of a regulator. A pin may be fixed to the front end of the lever body and may be disposed through the front end in a direction perpendicular to first and second parallel sides of the lever body. The fixed lever and pin assembly may be an integrated piece and the pin may prevent the lever body from moving independently from the pin.
