Protection device for wall faucets
A wall faucet is disclosed which has an elongated section of a PEX tube inserted into the water inlet pipe of the wall faucet. The PEX tube is capable of expanding should there be water in the water inlet pipe during freezing temperatures thereby preventing the water inlet pipe from bursting.
Adjustable drain valve for dry barrel fire hydrant
A drain valve to drain water from a dry barrel hydrant includes a drain valve body fixed to a main valve assembly of the hydrant, and a hollow drain hole sleeve positioned in a drain hole of an elbow of the hydrant. The drain valve body includes a drain valve facing configured to align with the drain hole of the elbow as a result of the main valve assembly being in an open position, and to not align with the drain hole of the elbow as a result of the main valve assembly being in a closed position. In another embodiment, an elbow of a fire hydrant includes a hollow body, an upper end defining a drain hole to allow water to drain out, and a hollow drain hole sleeve in the drain hole.
Sanitary hydrant
A freeze resistant sanitary hydrant is provided that employs a reservoir for storage of fluid under the frost line or in an area not prone to freezing. To evacuate this reservoir, a means for altering pressure is provided that is able to function in hydrant systems that employ a vacuum breaker.

Adjustable operating rod for a hydrant
An adjustable operating rod assembly is provided. In one embodiment a telescoping rod and tube are provided such that the length of the operating rod can be selectively adjusted in order to accommodate fluid inlet pipes of various lengths and regardless of manufacturer.
Antifreezing apparatus
An anti-freezing apparatus comprises: a main block including an accommodation space and a water inlet at one side thereof to communicate with the accommodation space; a temperature sensitive member provided in the accommodation space and having one end for opening and closing the water inlet, the length of the temperature sensitive member variable due to expansion or contraction according to changes in temperature; an elastic member installed between the temperature sensitive member and the main block; a connecting rod connected to the other end of the temperature sensitive member; a locking part having opposite ends locked in a locking protrusion formed in the accommodation space and having a through-hole through which water passes; and an adjustment part coupled to the tip end of the connecting rod and rotatably screw-coupled to the locking part. The elastic member applies an elastic force to the temperature sensitive member to close the water inlet.

A freeze resistant sanitary hydrant is provided that employs a reservoir for storage of fluid under the frost line or in an area not prone to freezing. To evacuate this reservoir, a means for altering pressure is provided that is able to function in hydrant systems that employ a vacuum breaker.
Fire hydrant operating nut and method for lubricating the operating nut
A method for delivering water through a fire hydrant is disclosed and includes unlocking a sprinkler cap control lock on the fire hydrant, removing the sprinkler cap control lock to access an operating nut of the fire hydrant and activating the operating nut to deliver water through a plurality of sprinkler ports in at least one of a plurality of caps on the fire hydrant. Also disclosed are fire hydrant with a lubricant channel and a method of lubricating a fire hydrant operation nut. Also disclosed is a fire hydrant that does not need a lubricant disposed between the operation nut and the fire hydrant body due to an operating nut sleeve being disposed between the operation nut and the fire hydrant body.
Valve assembly for prevention of water freezing and stagnation
A valve assembly includes a valve installed in a fluid/liquid supply line, and a water circulation pipe that has a first end in fluid communication with a water supply line and a second end in fluid communication with an inner volume of the valve. Some water flowing in the water supply line is diverted through the water circulation pipe and circulates in the valve. The water that is diverted through the water circulation pipe and circulates in the valve has a sufficient flow to prevent freezing and/or water stagnation in the valve.
