Automated fluid handling system
Automated fluid handling system comprising a housing and two or more fluid handling units arranged as interchangeable modular components with an external fluidics section and an internal non fluidics section, and wherein the housing comprises a liquid handling panel with two or more of component positions for receiving said interchangeable modular components such that the external fluidics section is separated from the non fluidics section by the liquid handling panel.
Refrigerator and filter device
A refrigerator and filter device are described. In one aspect, the refrigerator includes a main body that defines a storage space. The refrigerator includes a door that is configured to open and close at least a portion of the storage space. The refrigerator further includes a dispenser that is located at the door and is configured to dispense water. The refrigerator further includes a filter that is configured to purify water and supply the purified water to the dispenser. The refrigerator further includes at least two heads that are configured to attach to the filter. The refrigerator further includes a connector that is configured to connect the at least two heads to each other, the connector providing a passage between the at least two heads. The refrigerator further includes a bracket on which the connector and the at least two heads are seated, the bracket being coupled to the connector.
Tightly fitted ceramic insulator on large area electrode
Embodiments of the invention generally include shield frame assembly for use with a showerhead assembly, and a showerhead assembly having a shield frame assembly that includes an insulator that tightly fits around the perimeter of a showerhead in a vacuum processing chamber. In one embodiment, a showerhead assembly includes a gas distribution plate and a multi-piece frame assembly that circumscribes a perimeter edge of the gas distribution plate. The multi-piece frame assembly allows for expansion of the gas distribution plate without creating gaps which may lead to arcing. In other embodiments, the insulator is positioned to be have the electric fields concentrated at the perimeter of the gas distribution plate located therein, thereby reducing arcing potential.
Gasket and motor-driven compressor
Provided is a gasket (30), which is used in a motor-driven compressor including an inverter housing, including a flat core of metal (31) and an elastic foamed material (32) so disposed as to cover both surfaces of the core (31), and the gasket (30) has embossed recesses and projections (33) with predetermined shapes. It is possible to enhance sealing performance to seal the inverter housing by using this gasket (30). A motor-driven compressor using this gasket (30) enhances vibration prevention.
Water manifold and valve holder
Disclosed is a water manifold that provides a sturdy platform for both distributing water to various other locations or nodes and providing a support platform for a yard hydrant. The manifold is constructed of plastic and will not corrode. Further, the manifold is sturdy and provides a sufficiently large surface area to prevent sinking or tilting of the yard hydrant.
Direct mount canister purge solenoid with additional vacuum ports
A valve assembly, such as a canister purge solenoid (CPS) having one or more interchangeable components which may be used to reconfigure the valve assembly to have one or more additional vacuum ports. The design of the valve assembly eliminates the need to mold these ports into the intake manifold, simplifying the design of the manifold, and the tooling needed to make the manifold. The direct mount design of the CPS of the present invention includes at least one additional port to serve as an additional vacuum port to be used for any other purpose, such as a PCV valve, brake booster, or the like.
In-line pressure boosting system and method
A pressure boosting system and a method of using the same to increase fluid pressure in a fluid distribution system are disclosed. The pressure boosting system may be installed “in-line” with the fluid distribution system.
Showerhead bracket
A showerhead bracket including a bracket body, a spool rotatable relative to the bracket body, and a flow control knob non-rotatably connected to the spool such that the flow control knob and the spool rotate together relative to the bracket body. The flow control knob non-slidably connected to the spool to inhibit axial disengagement of the flow control knob from the spool.
Manufacture of remote control stations for use to operate actuators on a valve assembly
A control assembly that is configured to operate large, heavy duty flow controls. The control assembly may include a main support and a thin plate disposed on the main support, the thin plate having four sides forming a mounting surface, the thin plate also having lateral slots that extend lengthwise in a first direction between two of the sides and are arranged so adjacent lateral slots are spaced apart from one another in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
