Valve cartridge

A valve cartridge for insertion into a valve block for a manifold valve for accommodating a valve in the valve cartridge includes at least one through opening for the passage of fluid flowing to the valve and a filter device for filtering the fluid. The valve cartridge includes a first part and a second part, which are interconnected in such a way that the through opening is formed by the first and second part, the filter device being arranged between the first part and the second part.

The primary struts and the primary stem guide are positioned between the flange and the shoulder, and the secondary struts and the secondary stem guide are positioned between the shoulder and the first end.

A pressure medium unit, in particular for setting and/or regulating a brake pressure in a vehicle brake system having electronic slip regulation, and to a cap-shaped filter element. Pressure medium units are equipped with a housing block having a duct formed therein that conducts pressure medium, a control element that controls a cross-section of the duct, and a filter element assigned to the control element and fixed in the interior of the duct. According to the present system, the filter element is formed in the shape of a cap, and has on its outer circumference a radially protruding fixing segment having an elastically deformable cross-section. A fixing segment realized in this manner compensates differences in expansion between the components caused by changes in temperature, prevents play at the filter element, and provides a particularly good filter effect.

The compressor includes an oil storage chamber provided in the discharge space to collect oil separated from the refrigerant discharged from the compression mechanism, an oil recovery passage configured to guide the oil in the oil storage chamber to the suction space, and a decompression mechanism provided in the oil recovery passage to reduce a pressure of the oil passing through the oil recovery passage by an orifice hole having an inner diameter smaller than the oil recovery passage. The decompression mechanism is configured such that, when a pressure in the oil storage chamber is increased, the inner diameter of the orifice hole is reduced.

If the urea solution received in the urea solution tank is frozen, the pump and the urea solution frozen around the pump may be quickly and efficiently thawed.

An internal valve includes a valve stem disposed in a valve body, a poppet valve coupled to the stem, and a bleed valve coupled to the stem. The valve stem is shiftable from a first position in which the poppet valve and the bleed valve are closed, to a second position in which the bleed valve is open, and a third position in which the bleed valve is closed and the poppet valve is open, and the poppet may shift closed in response to a pressure change. The valve body includes a shoulder that is arranged for sealing engagement with a container flange and is between an inlet and a flange of the valve body and spaced away from the inlet. The shoulder is arranged on the valve body to place the inlet a desired distance away from the inner wall of the fluid container.

Strainer assembly for internal valve

An internal valve includes a valve stem disposed in a valve body, a poppet valve coupled to the stem, and a bleed valve coupled to the stem. The valve stem is shiftable from a first position in which the poppet valve and the bleed valve are closed, to a second position in which the bleed valve is open, and a third position in which the bleed valve is closed and the poppet valve is open, and the poppet may close in response to a pressure change. The internal valve includes a strainer having an extended portion to be positioned in a clearance space between an upper portion of the valve body and an opening of a fluid container. The strainer is arranged for securement to a mounting area of the valve body by at least one fastener.
