A pneumatic unit for a hydropneumatic pressure booster has a system line that leads from a compressed air inlet to a compressed air outlet. A bypass line runs parallel to the system line and it is connected to the system line via first and second compressed air switches. A compressed air reservoir is connected in the bypass line, and a pressure intensifier is connected in the region between the first compressed air switch and the compressed air reservoir. The pneumatic unit makes available to the pressure booster a sufficiently high pneumatic pressure for carrying out at least one operational step of a connected hydraulic tool, even in the case of a pressure decrease or pressure failure in the supplying pneumatic line. For that purpose, the second compressed air switch is configured for switching the compressed air flow between the system line and the bypass line.

Pumping block device having an integrated bypass circuit

This invention relates to a multiphase pumping block device comprising a pump and a bypass circuit. Said bypass circuit is suitable for enabling the flow of a fluid from an area upstream of the pump to an area downstream of the pump by bypassing the pump. The latter comprises at least out non-return valve suitable for blocking the flow of the fluid from the area downstream of the pump to the area upstream of the pump. In addition, the pumping block device is connected to a set of pumping circuits, comprising a main bypass circuit suitable for enabling the flow of a fluid from an area upstream of the connected pumping block to an area downstream of the connected pumping block. Finally, the pumping block device is arranged in order to be disconnected from said set of circuits for maintenance.

Bypass feeder device

A device and method for chemicals to be fed into a water system, treating the water system as it enters, for example, a fire protection mains and/or fire protection systems (FPS) to protect and maintain the longevity of the water system preventing damages to the water system or enhancing the operation characteristics of the system. This device is a treatment system that may be installed as a portable or permanent device with chemicals such as, corrosion inhibitors, wetting agents, polymeric dispersants, biocides, biostats or other water chemical enhancing effects with means for injecting the chemicals into the fire protection system or a bypass feed system utilizing the fluid means without the need for any electricity. Activation of the pump occurs when water enters the FPS mains and FPS sprinkler system from an outside source. Valving is included to isolate the pump and drums, storage tank to prevent backflow from the FPS.

Pressure supply for a water system

A pressure supply system for a fresh water system is provided. The pressure supply system includes a water reservoir having a bleed air inlet and a water outlet. The pressure supply system also includes a water pump so as to load water, which is loaded with bleed air pressure, with a further pressure downstream until a predetermined nominal operating pressure range is achieved. As a result, the pressure supply system provides an increased redundancy by pressure generator assemblies which are based on different pressure generation principles.
