The water supply system includes a water tank and a plurality of connecting pipes. The water tank includes an elongated cylindrical shaped body and a cap configured to form a reservoir such that a section of the cap overlaps the body, a first port having a passageway integral with the elongated cylindrical shaped body, and a second port integral with the cap, the second port being aligned in a direction different from a longitudinal axis of the water tank. The connecting pipes include a first water line positioned in an opening of the first port in a direction different from the longitudinal axis of the water tank, and a second water line positioned in an opening of the second port.

According to one embodiment, a vaporizing system comprises first and second tanks that can accumulate liquid source and first, second, and third pipes. The first pipe allows first gas to be sent out of the first tank. The second pipe allows second gas to be sent out of the second tank. The third pipe is connected to the first and second pipes and allows the first and second gas to be sent out to an external apparatus. The first tank is placed on an upper side of the second tank in a stacked manner.

A photolithography system includes a variable-volume buffer tank, a dispensing system connected to the buffer tank, and a valve configured to release gas from a head space of the buffer tank while blocking the release of liquid from the head space. A storage container has an opening at the bottom and drains to the buffer tank through that opening. The buffer tank has a storage capacity sufficient to receive the full contents of the storage container. The system supplies chemical solutions to the dispensing system while keeping the chemical solutions from contact with air and other gases.

A hydraulic unit includes a tank configured to be filled with a hydraulic fluid. The tank has at least one inflow connection and at least one outflow connection. A flow guide for the hydraulic fluid is formed between the inflow connection and the outflow connection. The flow guide is configured to have at least two 180° flow arcs configured to cool and calm the hydraulic fluid and to avoid dead zones.

A system for preventing over pressure in a flexible tank when connected to a water grid that includes the flexible tank and a control unit. An inlet of the tank is connected to the water grid through the control unit. The control unit includes a closed box, an inlet that is connected to the water grid, an outlet that is connected to the inlet of the tank, and a float valve. The user place the flexible tank and set the float so that it will be opened or closed in a certain height of activating water level in the control unit and to place the control unit in a way that the activating water level is at the same level of a desired water level of the flexible tank.

A method of supplying a chemical solution to a photolithography system. The chemical solution is pumped from a variable-volume buffer tank. The pumped chemical solution is dispensed in a spin-coater. The variable-volume buffer tank is refilled by emptying a storage container filled with the chemical solution into the variable-volume buffer tank.

A communication interface apparatus in a tank gauging system. The communication interface includes a memory and a processor couple to the memory. The processor communicates using a control application with a tank inventory system that operates over a serial connection; and communicates using a wireless application with tank gauging equipment that operates over a wireless connection.
