A line coupling having a housing which has a tube connection piece and a housing head. A passage duct extends from a first opening, which is formed by the tube connection piece, to a second opening, which is formed by the housing head. A tube connection structure is arranged in the passage duct. The tube connection structure is connected in a form-fitting manner via first coupling means to a first end of an inner tube which extends out of the housing head through the second opening. The section of the passage duct between the first opening and tube connection structure and inner tube form a flow duct for fluid. A container is also disclosed having a container housing which forms a container hollow space and a container opening. The container opening is formed by an outwardly projecting connection piece, and has a line coupling.

Fuel tank arrangement of a marine vessel

The present invention relates to a fuel tank arrangement of a marine vessel including a fuel tank for Liquefied Natural Gas, the fuel tank having a shell, a heat insulation in connection therewith, connections for a pipeline for bunkering LNG to the fuel tank, a pipeline for taking boil-off gas from the fuel tank and a pipeline for taking LNG from the fuel tank, and a deep well pump for pumping LNG from the tank to the pipeline, wherein at least one recess is extending inwardly from the shell and being arranged on top of the fuel tank, the deep well pump being installed in the at least one recess.

Suction pipe inlet device for centrifugal pump

A suction pipe inlet device for a centrifugal pump, the device having a hollow tubular axisymmetric body along a longitudinal axis having an open first end adapted for fitting into or against a retention tank; an open second end adapted for fitting into or against an inflow end of a suction pipe having an outer pipe diameter and an inner pipe diameter; a converging section located closer to the retention tank; a diverging section located closer to the suction pipe; a throat located at the intersection point between the converging and diverging sections, the converging and diverging sections defining an interior converging-diverging geometry within the tubular axisymmetric body and the throat defining a minimum inner cross sectional area of the tubular axisymmetric body.
