Cleaning of rotary valves
Disclosed is a rotary valve 1 comprising a stator 20 and a rotor 40 generally in rotary sliding engagement with the said stator about a valve axis RA, the stator including a plurality of fluid ports 22, 26, 28, the rotor 40 being operable to selectively fluidically interconnect two or more of said ports during its rotary sliding engagement. The valve further includes an actuator (70) for disengagement of the rotor from the stator to enable efficient cleaning of the valve interconnections.
Rotary Valve and Systems
A rotary valve 1 comprising a stator 3 and a rotor 5, wherein the stator comprises a plurality of connection ports (17a-17l) and orifices (19a-19l) and the rotor comprises a plurality of pairs of rotor valve orifices (23a-23h) joined by transfer channels (25a-25d). The rotor is able to be placed in different working positions whereby fluids can be fed to, for example, chromatography columns and/or can be bypassed through or around the valve. The invention also relates to a system comprising two components such as chromatography columns and a rotary valve.
WALL-MOUNTED FAUCET
A wall-mounted faucet may include a control handle, five adapters, a positioning member, and a panel set. The panel set has different adjusting pieces and locating sleeves to be selected such that the wall-mounted faucet can be applied to different sizes of control valves through different of the adapters, the adjusting pieces, and the locating sleeves. Also, the panel set has a plurality of locking points and locking boards, which increases the convenience for assembly.
ROTARY MULTI-PORT GREASING VALVE
A rotary multiport greasing valve having an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve within the outer sleeve. The outer sleeve has at least one inlet port and at least 2 outlet ports. The inner sleeve has an inlet port, a central passageway, and an outlet port. The inner sleeves inlet port is fluidly connected to the outer sleeve's inlet port. The inner sleeve rotates within the outer sleeve so that the inner sleeves outlet port is circumferentially aligned with a selected outer sleeve outlet port creating a fluid pathway from the outer sleeve inlet port into the inner sleeve's inlet port through the central passageway through the inner sleeves outlet port and finally through the outer sleeves outlet port to create an open flowpath. In the instance where a closed flowpath is desired the inner sleeve inlet port is rotated so as not to align with any portion of an outlet sleeve outlet port.
Water path switching device and shower equipment
A water path switching device includes a valve body, a rotating shaft, a rotating plate, a first valve core and a second valve core. The valve body is provided with a valve cavity, a water inlet, and at least two water outlets. The rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the valve body, and is provided with an outer end located outside the valve cavity and an inner end located inside the valve cavity. The rotating plate is arranged in the valve cavity and connected to the inner end of the rotating shaft so as to rotate with the rotating shaft. The first valve core is provided with a first sliding-contact part.
Poppet switch valve device and method for manufacturing poppet switch valve device
A poppet switch valve device includes a valve body, a first valve rod including a first valve member, a second valve rod including a second valve member, and a solenoid. When a jig engages with an engagement portion of the first valve rod and rotates the first valve rod so that an internally-threaded hole formed in the first valve rod engages with and moves forward and backward relative to an external thread formed on an outer circumferential surface of the second valve rod, the first valve rod is moved relative to the second valve rod in the axial direction. The poppet switch valve device further includes a restriction portion configured to restrict movement of the first valve rod relative to the second valve rod in the axial direction after the first valve rod is moved relative to the second valve rod in the axial direction using the jig.
The inner sleeve rotates within the outer sleeve so that the inner sleeves outlet port is circumferentially aligned with a selected outer sleeve outlet port creating a fluid pathway from the outer sleeve inlet port into the inner sleeve's inlet port through the central passageway through the inner sleeve's outlet port and finally through the outer sleeves outlet port to create an open flowpath. In certain instances, the inner sleeve inlet port is longitudinally shifted so as not to align with any portion of an outlet sleeve outlet port.
Adjustable flow regulator
The present invention provides an adjustable flow regulator for a water mixer that, when in use, is disposed in a fluid path between a mixer cartridge and a mixer outlet of the water mixer, the adjustable flow regulator comprises a regulator body having a fluid inlet in fluid communication with the mixer cartridge to receive mixed water therefrom, and a fluid outlet in fluid communication with the mixer outlet. The regulator body further comprises a control element moveable within the regulator body, wherein the control element is moveable to adjustably restrict the fluid path and thereby flow of mixed water exiting the outlet.
Valve actuation device and sanitary rule
A valve actuation device for actuating a valve, such as a sanitary valve, in an axial actuation movement for a first valve function, illustratively a shut-off function, and in a rotary actuation movement for a second valve function, illustratively a quantity regulation or mixing function, and to a sanitary valve equipped with such a valve actuation device.
