The invention provides a rotary four-way reversing valve with low pressure drop and low leakage, comprising a valve body and a valve core arranged in the valve body through bearings. The valve body comprises a low-pressure exhaust tube, a high-pressure air inlet tube, a condenser tube and an evaporating tube. The valve core is slantingly divided by a U-shaped seal ring with a spring into a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber that are not communicated with each other. The valve core comprises a through hole arranged in the high-pressure chamber and aligned with the high-pressure air inlet tube of the valve body and an opening aligned with the condenser tube or the evaporating tube, an opening arranged in the low-pressure chamber and always aligned with the low-pressure exhaust tube and an opening aligned with the condenser tube or the evaporating tube.

A guide frame for a four-way reversing valve includes a frame body. Both ends of the frame body include a connecting portion, respectively. The connecting portion includes a first bending member and a second bending member, and the directions of bending of the first bending member and of the second bending member are opposite. The connecting portion includes a reinforcing member. The reinforcing member includes a first reinforcing plate and a second reinforcing plate. The first reinforcing plate is connected to the inner side of the first bending member by welding and the second reinforcing plate is connected to the inner side of the second bending member by welding. The connection strength of the connecting portion is increased, such that the guide frame is less likely to deform or break.

The plug 102 is rotatable between a first position and a second position, the first position being a position in which one of the flow paths 121 connects adjacent two of the four ports 111 and the other flow path 121 connects the remaining two ports, and the second position being a position in which each of the flow paths connects adjacent two of the ports 111 which are not connected when the plug 102 is located at the first position.
