Said actuator (6) consists of at least two parts (9, 10), and the connecting channel (7) is defined, at least in sections, by both parts (9, 10) of the actuator (31, 32, 33, 34).
SOLENOID VALVE
A solenoid valve has a valve member (43) which is operated between: a closed position in which the valve member abuts on a valve seat to block communication between ports (32 and 33); and an open position in which the valve member separates from the valve seat to enable communication between the ports (32 and 33). A fixed iron core (18) and a movable iron core (21), in which the movable iron core reciprocatively moves in axial directions, are disposed in a bobbin (13) of a solenoid (11). In a valve housing (12) provided with ports (31 to 33), a swing member (41) having a valve element is swingably attached, and a pivotal lever (51) is pivotally attached. The pivotal lever (51) is provided with: an actuating portion (53) abutting on one end of the swing member (41); and an effort portion (54) abutting on the tip end of the movable iron core (21), an opening/closing stroke of the valve member (43) is made larger than the moving stroke of the movable iron core (21).
VALVE
A valve for controlling a fluid flow, including a valve housing, which is provided with a first fluid connection, a fluid channel and a second fluid connection, further including a valve member which is pivotally mounted in the fluid channel, and a drive for introducing a movement onto the valve member, the valve member having a rigid carrier and a flexible membrane with a sealing region which is provided for a sealing abutment against a valve seat and which is fixed to the carrier and to the valve housing by a circumferentially formed fastening region, wherein a deformation region of the flexible membrane is located between the sealing region and the fastening region and is arranged between a first deformation plane and a second deformation plane, the first deformation plane and the second deformation plane each being aligned parallel to a pivot axis determined by the pivot pin and delimiting a deformation space, and wherein the pivot pin is accommodated at least partially in the deformation space.
Rocker valve with rocker valve mechanism
A rocker valve comprising a rocker valve mechanism in a valve body. The mechanism comprises a single pivot arm to which first and second plungers are pivotally fixed to act in opposition. The rocker valve includes a flexible seal member extending laterally across the first and second fluid ports and having a first sealing region attached to a plunger head of the first plunger and a second sealing region attached to a plunger head of the second plunger. When the single pivot arm is pivoted relative to the valve body, a rotation of at least one of the first and second plungers about its respective fixed pivot is constrained solely by the flexible seal member such that a lateral position of the plunger head is automatically adjusted by the flexible seal member to balance tensile forces in the flexible seal member around the plunger head.
Pneumatic solenoid valve
A pneumatic solenoid valve, comprising an electromagnetic actuator and an air chamber with multiple air connections configured to be connected with the interposition of the air chamber via multiple switching positions of the magnetic actuator is disclosed. The actuator is configured to assume three different switching positions by energizing the actuator in a unipolar manner with three different current intensities and to move first and second sealing element via an actuation mechanism when switching between the switching positions. In a first position, a first sealing element closes a first air connection, and a second sealing element releases a second air connection. In a second switching position, the first sealing element closes the first air connection, and the second sealing element closes the second air connection. In a third switching position, the first sealing element releases the first air connection, and the second sealing element closes the second air connection.
Pneumatic solenoid valve
Disclosed is a pneumatic solenoid valve comprising an air chamber with multiple air connections which can be connected via multiple switching positions of the valve by interconnecting the air chamber. The valve comprises a magnetic coil, a yoke arranged on the coil, and an armature arranged about the yoke and able to move relative to the yoke, all within the air chamber. When the coil is energized, the magnetic force generated rotates the armature about a single axis of rotation against a restoring force, until the magnetic force corresponds to the restoring force. When the armature rotates, the size of at least one overlapping region between the yoke and the armature changes, wherein an air gap is formed between the yoke and the armature. The distance of the air gap between the yoke and the armature remains substantially constant in the direction of rotation of the armature.
Rocker Valve With Rocker Valve Mechanism
The present invention provides a rocker valve comprising a valve body including first and second fluid ports and a rocker valve mechanism in the valve body. The mechanism comprises a single pivot arm rotatable relative to the valve body, and first and second plungers pivotally fixed to the single pivot arm. The rocker valve includes a flexible seal member extending laterally across the first and second fluid ports. The flexible seal member has a first sealing region attached to the first plunger and a second sealing region attached to the second plunger and is movable by the first and second plungers between a first position in which the first fluid ports is closed by the first sealing region, and a second position in which the second fluid port is closed by the second sealing region. When the single pivot arm is pivoted relative to the valve body, a rotation of at least one of the first and second plungers about its respective fixed pivot is constrained solely by the flexible seal member.
