A backflow prevention assembly is disclosed including a backflow prevention valve having a valve housing including a valve inlet end and a valve outlet end; a spool spacer of predetermined length having a first end and a second end; an inlet shut-off valve; and an outlet shut-off valve, wherein the spool spacer extends between the backflow prevention valve and one of the inlet shut-off valve and the outlet shut-off valve. The entire assembly, including the backflow prevention valve, the spool spacer, the inlet shut-off valve, and the outlet shut-off valve, is a certified assembly, certified by a certifying authority prior to installation. Methods of manufacturing a backflow prevention assembly and replacing a backflow prevention assembly are also disclosed.
Touch free automatic faucet
A touch free automatic faucet is provided. The faucet includes a faucet housing including many sensors for controlling water flow and water temperature. A processor is connected to the sensors. A first control valve assembly is connected to the processor. A second control valve assembly is connected to the processor. A power source is connected to the processor, the first control valve assembly and the second control valve assembly. Water flow and water temperature are controlled by the sensors without touching of the faucet housing.

Valve
A valve includes a housing that surrounds a fluid outlet, a valve element with a longitudinal axis, a valve seat body that surrounds a fluid inlet and which has a sealing seat such that the valve is closed when the valve element bears against the sealing seat and which is coupled to the housing. The valve element is movable relative to the valve seat body in a direction of the longitudinal axis to enable a fluid flow from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet, the valve seat body surrounds a guide surface to which the valve element is coupled in order to guide the movement of the valve element, and the valve seat body is formed from a harder material than the housing.

Hydronic supply manifold
A manifold has a frame and a plurality of valves supported by the frame, each valve having a cross gear that includes four semicircular recesses and four arms that terminate in pointed tips, and wherein the tips are non-jamming rubber tips. The manifold also has a screw drive and a splined rotatable shaft parallel to the screw drive. The manifold further includes a slider driven by the screw drive over the splined rotatable shaft. The slider includes an actuator that protrudes from the slider to engage one of the cross gears to actuate a respective one of the plurality of valves.
