SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL ACTUATOR APPARATUS HAVING A SCREEN ASSEMBLY
A method of operating an actuator in mud having debris and lost circulation material is described. The method includes closing a servo valve positioned within a valve housing. The valve housing has a plurality of fluid vents positioned downstream of the servo valve and a plurality of debris vents positioned upstream of the servo valve. Dimensions of the plurality of fluid vents are less than dimensions of the plurality of debris vents. Closing of the servo valve creates a first fluid path such that fluid flows from a mud pump at a surface into the plurality of debris vents and out of the plurality of fluid vents shielding the servo valve from debris and lost circulation material.

Exemplary embodiments are directed to devices, methods and systems capable of pressurization, generally involving a flow system that includes a pressurized reservoir, at least one pump including a pump control valve, an outlet port, a shut-off valve and a vent valve. The flow system is configured to be pressurized. The shut-off valve is disposed between the pressurized reservoir and the at least one pump. The vent valve is disposed between the at least one pump and the outlet port. The shut-off valve, the vent valve and the pump control valve of the at least one pump are configured to actuate in a coordinated manner to control a pressurization of the flow system. Exemplary embodiments are further directed to devices, methods and systems for column switching, generally including at least a first column, a second column and a column switching valve.
Pneumatic control device and process control device equipped therewith
A pneumatic control device includes a functional assembly that has an interruption valve device for the selective opening or interruption of at least one main working channel used for the pneumatic control of a pneumatic actuator. The functional assembly also contains a manually actuatable valve device that is connected to the interruption valve device by means of at least one auxiliary working channel and which enables manual pneumatic control of the connected actuator, if the at least one main working channel is interrupted by the interruption valve device at the same time. A process control device can also be equipped with a control device of this type.
Electronic plumbing fixture fitting
The present invention provides an electronic plumbing fixture fitting, such as an electronic faucet. The electronic plumbing fixture fitting includes a wand hose and a hose bracket. The hose bracket is operable to connect to a mounting shank and to the wand hose. The hose bracket is operable to position the wand hose between a mixed water outlet of a flow module and an inlet of the mounting shank such that a portion of the wand hose extends in a loop between the hose bracket and the inlet of the mounting shank. When installed, the hose bracket is in direct contact with the wand hose between the mixed water outlet of the flow module and the inlet of the mounting shank.
System and method for electromechanical actuator apparatus having a screen assembly
An electromechanical actuator having a servo valve is described. The servo valve has a valve housing having a wall surrounding the servo valve, the valve housing having a first end and a second end with the servo valve positioned between the first end and the second end. The valve housing also includes at least one debris vent positioned on an exterior surface of the wall between the servo valve and the first end of the valve housing, the debris vent having a first dimension; and, at least one fluid vent positioned on the exterior surface of the wall between the servo valve and the second end of the valve housing, the fluid vent having a second dimension. The first dimension is smaller than the second dimension.

Flow-through liquid valve
A valve including a housing, a valve seat provided in the housing, and an armature assembly positioned in the housing proximate the valve seat. The armature assembly is movable towards and away from the valve seat, and includes a first armature, and a second armature that is movable relative to the first armature. The valve also includes a coil that is configured to actuate the armature assembly away from the valve seat to open the valve, wherein upon application of a first current to the coil, the first armature and the second armature are each actuated away from the valve seat to a first open state, and upon application of a second current that is greater than the first current to the coil, the second armature is actuated away from the first armature to a second open state that is greater than the first open state.

Electromagnetically actuatable gas valve, and method for increasing the seal of an electromagnetically actuatable gas valve
The invention relates to an electromagnetically actuatable gas valve for metering a gaseous fuel into a suction tract of a motor, in particular a gas or diesel gas motor, comprising a valve seat (1) which is designed as a flat seat and which has multiple annular webs (3) that are arranged in a concentric manner and are connected via at least one radially running web (4) in order to delimit circular or semicircular through-flow openings (2). The electromagnetically actuatable gas valve further comprises a movable valve plate (5) which sealingly interacts with the valve seat (1) and which has multiple annular sealing webs (6) that are arranged in a concentric manner and can be brought into an overlapping arrangement with the circular or semicircular through-flow openings (2) of the valve seat (1). According to the invention, the rigidity of the valve seat (1) and/or the valve plate (5) is substantially constant in the radial direction, the rigidity of the valve seat (1) being greater than the rigidity of the valve plate (5). The invention further relates to a method for increasing the seal of an electromagnetically actuatable gas valve.
