Fastener for fastening a panel to a support and assembly to fasten to said support, provided with a fastener and a panel
The invention concerns a fastener comprising a foot and a head comprising a plate to which said foot is linked, a wedge and a shank connecting said plate to said wedge, which comprises a back-plate, a rim and flexible arms connecting said rim to said back-plate, each arm comprises a first and a second curved section, and an elbow connecting them, said first section is connected to said back-plate by a first end of said arm and said second section is connected to said rim by a second end of said arm, said back-plate and each flexible arm are configured such that the distance between the center of said back-plate and said second section increases along said second section from said elbow to said rim.
Trim panel mounting system for securing a trim panel to a substrate
A trim panel mounting system is provided for securing a trim panel to a substrate. That trim panel mounting system includes a push pin, a push pin holder and a trim panel. That trim panel includes at least one mounting post engaging the push pin holder and a resilient retention finger capturing the push pin between the trim panel and the push pin holder.
Clip and pillar garnish fixing structure
The clip includes a first engagement hook and a second engagement hook. The first engagement hook engages the body when the clip is in a normal fitting with the body. The second engagement hook prevents the clip from being disengaged from the body when the first engagement hook has been disengaged from the body. When the first engagement hook is disengaged from the body, a member is lifted away from surrounding members to such an extent as can be recognized by sight. Therefore, a state that the clip is not in the normal fitting state with the body is noticeable. Even if the clip is coupled to the body in the non-fitting state or half-fitting state, the second engagement hook prevents the clip from being disengaged from the body.
Clip with a head and a shank extending from the head along a longitudinal axis
A clip with a head and a shank extending along a longitudinal axis from the head in which ribs are provided, each rib extending from a base of the respective rib on the shank to an end of the respective rib radially spaced from the base of the respective rib, a rib is connected in sections directly to the head, a rib has an elastic arm which protrudes from the respective rib, a rib has a side extending between the rib base and the rib end, wherein the elastic arm of this rib protrudes from this side of the rib, an elastic arm having first and second sections, the first section being connected at one end to the rib and at its other end to the second section, the second section extending in a different direction from the first section, the first section is connected directly to the head.
Advanced clip retainer
A product for fastening a component in place may include a retainer connected with the component. The retainer may have a platform and may have a wall extending between the component and the platform. The platform may define an opening that may be configured for fastening. The wall may define a slot.
FIXING CLAMP FOR DISCHARGE OUTLET OF INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER
A fixing clamp (2) for discharge outlet of intermediate bulk containers is disclosed. The discharge outlet (1) comprises a flange edge (3), a discharge connecting port (5) and a discharge outlet clamping part (4). The discharge outlet clamping part (4) is a polygonal structure. The fixing clamp (2) comprises a fixing clamp body, a clamping portion (8), elastic guiding ribs (7) and anti-release portion (9). A passage for accommodating the discharge outlet clamping part (4) is formed in the middle part of the fixing clamp body. The clamping portion (8) is used for clamping the side surface of the discharge outlet clamping part (4) when the fixing clamp (2) and the discharge outlet (1) have been assembled. The elastic guiding ribs (7) will be squeezed by the side surface of the discharge outlet clamping part (4) to deform When the leading-in surfaces of the elastic guiding ribs (7) contact with the side surface of the discharge outlet clamping part (4). The elastic guiding ribs (7) restore elastically and the anti-release portion (9) are engaged with the side surface of the discharge outlet clamping part (4) to prevent the fixing clamp (2) from being separated front the discharge outlet (1) after the fixing clamp (2) and the discharge outlet (1) have been assembled. The fixing clamp (2) can be transversely pushed in to be assembled with the discharge outlet (1). The fixing clamp has low requirements for assembly accuracy, and is favorable for saving cost and increasing efficiency.
Fastener
A fastener for superimposing and fastening two sheets of plate-like members, wherein at least one of the plate-like members has a hole formed therein, includes a pair of U-shaped accommodating portions adapted to be inserted with end portions of the two sheets of plate-like members; a pair of connection portions respectively connecting the pair of accommodating portions; a pair of engagement pieces extending from the pair of connection portions in an insertion direction of the plate-like members; an engagement portion formed in each of the pair of engagement pieces, adapted to engage with the hole; and a wobbling suppressing mechanism disposed adjacent to the pair of engagement pieces, and extending from each of the pair of connection portions in the insertion direction of the plate-like members for engaging with the hole.
VEHICLE CLIP AND EXTERIOR COMPONENT FASTENING STRUCTURE
A vehicle clip includes: a clip body including an attachment section that has a pair of retention members for gripping a first exterior, and an insertion hole; and a pin member including an insertion portion that is anchored to the clip body in an inserted state of the insertion portion into the insertion hole and a through hole formed in a second exterior component, a head portion that is formed with a larger diameter than the insertion hole and that retains the second exterior component between the head portion and the clip body, and a pressing portion that extends out from the head portion toward the attachment section side, and that, through one of the retention members, presses the first exterior component toward the side of the other retention member in a state in which the insertion portion is anchored to the clip body.
TETHER CLIP AND STRUCTURE FOR COUPLING THE TETHER CLIP TO A PILLAR GARNISH
A tether has a pair of guide plates. The pair of guide plates has two sides. A distance between points located on the two sides increases, as the points on the two sides approach a tip of the tether. The tether may have elastic branches. The pair of guide plates may have protrusions protruding toward an anchor. The tether may be made long by curving a tether intermediate portion. The tether may have a second guide plate and a third guide plate. When a pillar garnish is moved in a direction away from a pillar, the two sides of the guide plates are brought into contact with a rim portion of a tether housing portion defining the tether inserting aperture, thereby preventing the tether from rotating about a center axis line of the clip and the anchor to pass through the tether inserting aperture. When a bottom wall of the tether housing portion comes to a tether portion located between the guide plates and the anchor, the elastic branches and the protrusions prevent rotation of the tether. The second and third guide plates also prevent rotation of the tether.
Re-usable one-push pin and grommet fastener
A pin and grommet fastener includes a grommet that defines a central aperture and includes at least two adjacent longitudinally extending leg members that each include a frame, a knuckle and a tether. The knuckle is connected to the frame at a hinge region that is designed to permit the knuckle to move relative to the frame. The tether connects the knuckle to a base surface of grommet in order to limit movement of the knuckle relative to the frame. The fastener includes a pin that has a first locking member to retain the pin in a first position relative to the grommet in which the longitudinally extending leg members are in a laterally unexpanded state. The pin also has a second locking member to retain the pin in a second position relative to the grommet in which the longitudinally extending leg members are in a laterally expanded state.
