A stretching device for stretching and aligning a user's back may include a belt, optionally a gambrel and universal hook, and optionally a support system, such as a slotted door mount. The belt may be designed to wrap around the user's back and under the user's armpits, wherein the belt is a segmented belt having a plurality of raised segments spaced along a length of the belt. Rings may be attached to each end of the belt, wherein the rings may be designed to engage with a mounting device, such as the gambrel and universal hook.

Sling sliders have a body defining an elongated sling strap passage configured to receive an elongated sling strap, the elongated sling strap passage defined at least in part by an elongated bar having opposed ends, the elongated bar defining an elongated cord passage extending between the opposed ends of the elongated bar, a cord received in the elongated cord passage, and the cord having a received portion within the elongated cord passage and a handle portion extending outside the elongated cord passage such that the handle portion operates to exert a motive force on the body. A buckle has a main buckle body having a first side wall, a second side wall, and at least one first slot for receiving a strap, and a top bar connected to the main buckle body at the first side wall and forming a second slot with the main buckle body for receiving a second strap. The second slot is open at a distal end thereof. The top bar has a guide track extending longitudinally therethrough, with the guide track opening into the second slot. A catch is formed on the second side wall adjacent the distal end of the second slot. A spring gate is disposed in the guide track. The spring gate is placed around the catch to close the distal end of the second slot. The spring gate is releasable from the catch by pressing on the top bar until the spring gate clears the catch.

The present invention comprises a closed loop elastic strap having at least a primary thickness, a width and an adjustable length. The length is adjustable by feeding the elastic strap through a buckle with one end of the elastic strap attached to a loop with another portion of the elastic strap fed through the same loop and the other end of the elastic strap attached to a portion of the same buckle. The closed loop elastic strap can be stretched around (but not limited to) the end of a picnic table to hold a tablecloth in place or around the top of (but not limited to) a beach chair or lounge chair to hold a towel in place during windy or adverse conditions.

The present invention comprises a closed loop elastic strap having at least a primary thickness, a width and an adjustable length. The length is adjustable by feeding the elastic strap through a buckle with one end of the elastic strap attached to a loop with another portion of the elastic strap fed through the same loop and the other end of the elastic strap attached to a portion of the same buckle.

A shoulder strap device and method provides a movable and/or swiveling attachment arrangement which spreads the load to the wearer's specific shape. Embodiments of the device include a set of strap ring components, each strap ring component having a substantially linearly extending base portion and a substantially curvilinearly extending retention portion, first and second connector items or straps secured to respective subsets of the strap ring components, and a body garment secured to the strap ring components.
