Belt buckle for a safety belt system
A belt buckle for a safety belt system for latching a belt buckle (1) with a casing (4), and a locking mechanism (3) arranged in the casing (4), and a spring element (13) loading the latching mechanism (3) in the closing direction, and a damping element that acts against the closing direction of the lathing mechanism (3). The damping element is formed by a soft layer arranged on the inside of the casing (4) on an anticipated impact surface of one of the components of the latching mechanism (3) during the latching or unlatching movement (3).
Quick release buckle
A buckle assembly structured for quick release and including a gripping assembly structured to removably retain an end connector in a locked position. Two locking segments are movably connected to one another and disposable between a closed orientation and a release orientation. The locked position includes the locking segments disposed in gripping engagement with the connector when the connector is disposed between the locking segments. A quick release assembly may be selectively positioned into a separating engagement with the locking segments to at least partially define a positioning thereof from their closed orientation into their release orientation. A secondary release assembly is connected to the gripping assembly and is independently operable to release the connector from the gripping engagement with the locking segments.
Buckle device
A buckle device comprises a main body unit, a latch unit and a fastening unit. The main body unit includes a housing surrounding and defining an accommodating space, two first apertures provided in the housing, two slider blocks arranged in the accommodating space, and two first elastic bodies abutting against the slider blocks. The latch unit includes a tongue element and two tongue openings provided on the tongue element. The fastening unit includes two bolt bodies passing through the first apertures, and two second elastic bodies abutting against the bolt bodies. When the tongue element is separated from the two slider blocks, the two slider blocks are pushed by the two first elastic bodies, and the two bolt bodies is pushed against by the two slider blocks. When the tongue element is in contact with the two slider blocks, the two slider blocks are pushed by the tongue element, and the two bolt bodies are pushed into the two tongue openings by the two second elastic bodies, so that the tongue element can be securely fastened. Accordingly, the external pulling force of the tongue element can be increased, and the structure of the buckle device can be effectively improved.
Buckle device
A buckle device including: a tongue plate; and a buckle main body configured to be engaged with the tongue plate, the buckle main body including: a cover having a tongue plate guide portion; a resin release button forming a tongue plate insertion port between the tongue plate guide portion and the release button; and a frame configured to slidably support the release button and having a bottom wall and a pair of side walls, wherein protruding portions protruding inward so as to overlap with the tongue plate inserted from the tongue plate insertion port are provided on end portions of the pair of side walls of the frame on the side of the tongue plate insertion port, respectively, and wherein the release button has a front wall and at least one extending portion extending from the front wall through a space between the protruding portions and the bottom wall.
