Hand-Held Power Tool Having a Locking Device
A hand-held power tool includes a tool receptacle with which a tubular tool holder configured to receive an application tool is associated, and a locking device configured to lock the application tool in the tubular tool holder. The locking device locks the application tool in a locking position via at least one locking element in the tubular tool holder. The locking device has a locking sleeve and a pressure ring spring loaded via an associated spring element. The spring-loaded pressure ring is configured to force the locking sleeve into the locking position and, in the locking position, forces the at least one locking element against the tool holder.

Tool holder
A tool holder for a power tool comprising: a body defining a passageway in which a shank of a cutting tool can be located; at least one axial locking element moveably mounted within the body and which is capable of being moved between and held in at least a first release position and a second locking position where it projects into the passageway where it is capable of engagingly a shank of a cutting tool when located within the passageway in order to axially restrict the movement of the shank in the passageway; and at least one axial guide moveably mounted within the body and which can be moved between and held in at least two positions, including one position where it projects into the passageway where it is capable of engagingly supporting a side of a shank of a cutting tool when located within the passageway.
Hand-held power tool comprising a locking device
A hand-held power tool includes a tool receiver that includes a tubular tool holder configured to lock an insert tool therein by an assigned locking device via at least one locking element. The locking device includes a pressure sleeve that is spring-loaded via an assigned spring element, and a stop sleeve, the stop sleeve having a contact surface on its inner circumference, and the spring-loaded pressure sleeve pressing the at least one locking element in a locking position against the contact surface. The tubular tool holder has at least one recess in which the at least one locking element in the locking position is located, at least portionally, the at least one recess having a ramp-type guideway. The at least one locking element is displaceable along the ramp-type guideway from the locking position to an unlocking position.

A hand-held power tool includes a tool receiver with a tubular tool holder and an assigned locking device. The assigned locking device includes a locking element configured to lock an insert tool in the tubular tool holder, a pressure sleeve that is spring-loaded via an assigned spring element, and a stop sleeve, the spring-loaded pressure sleeve configured to press the locking element in a locking position against the stop sleeve. The tubular tool holder includes at least one recess in which the locking element in the locking position is located, at least portionally. The stop sleeve has, on its inner circumference, at least one contact surface that is matched to an outer contour of the locking element such that a first surface contact between the at least one contact surface and the locking element is established in the locking position.
Striking tool
Two balls can reliably retract for smooth insertion of a tip tool into a tool holder. A hammer drill includes a tool holder, two balls in reception holes in the tool holder, a guide washer urging the balls forward in the reception holes with a coil spring, a pressure ring adjacent to a front of the guide washer, and an operation sleeve allowing the pressure ring to move backward and forward between locked and unlocked positions of the two balls. The guide washer includes, on its front surface, a projection toward the pressure ring to cause, with the pressure ring at the locked position, the guide washer to be inclined with respect to an axis of the tool holder for a first ball to move more backward than a second ball.
Sealing lip on tool fitting
Tool fitting device for a power tool, in particular a chipping hammer, includinga holding device for receiving and holding a tool shank, a retention element extending at least around a section or sections of the holding device, and a dust protection device for preventing the penetration of dust into the tool fitting device. The dust protection device includes at least one first dust stripping element, at least one fixing bead, and at least one sealing lip element, wherein the sealing lip element is positioned in front of the retention element in the axial direction. Dust protection device for use in a tool fitting device.
