System and method for manufacturing a wind turbine blade
A manufacturing method for a wind turbine blade is described which utilizes a post-molding station in the manufacturing process. A blade shell forming part of a wind turbine blade is initially molded in a blade mold, the blade shell subsequently transferred to a post-molding station which allows for various post-molding operations to be carried out on the blade shell away from the mold, thereby increasing the productivity of the blade mold in the manufacturing process. The post-molding station may be operable to perform the closing of first and second blade shells to form a wind turbine blade, and may be formed from an adjustable structure which can provide relatively easy access to the contained blade shell for working thereon. Accordingly, the manufacturing equipment may be of reduced cost, combined with an increase in the overall productivity of the manufacturing system.

An assembly table for use in a remote manufacturing yard is provided. The assembly table is configured to be collapsible thereby allowing for a reduced footprint during transportation. The assembly table can include a central support base; a plurality of arms attached to the central support base; a secondary support member attached to each arm configured to provide support for and give height to the assembly table when in use; and a centering guide attached to each arm, the centering guide configured to receive a bottom portion of a partial shell, the centering guide located at a predetermined location of its own arm.

A manufacturing method for a wind turbine blade is described which utilizes a post-moulding station in the manufacturing process. The installation for manufacturing a bead wire intended to reinforce a pneumatic tire, said installation comprising a receiving table which is adapted to receive a braided torus which comprises a braid wire which extends longitudinally from a first end section to a second end section, a cutting tool, a crimping tool adapted to crimp a sleeve around said first and second end sections, and a configuration unit which is adapted automatically to switch the installation from a cutting configuration in which the receiving table cooperates with the cutting tool so as to position the braided torus and the first and second end sections so that said first and second end sections are sectioned by the cutting tool to a crimping configuration in which the receiving table cooperates with the crimping tool.

Method for installing a condenser in a remote manufacturing yard
A method of installing a vaporizer in a remote manufacturing yard is provided. The method can include the steps of obtaining a lower stage and an upper stage of a vaporizer; obtaining a first column section and a second column section; installing the lower stage to a bottom head such that the lower stage is in fluid communication with an inner volume of the bottom head; installing the first column section over and around the lower stage and fitting and welding a bottom of the first column section to the bottom head; installing the upper stage; and installing the second column section and fitting and welding a bottom of the second course to the first course.
Yard leveling base and method of using the same
A yard leveling base for leveling a column during assembly is provided. The yard leveling base is configured to allow for a packed column section of a column to be placed on a top surface of the yard leveling base, the yard leveling base can further include a bottom surface configured to maintain substantial contact with the ground of a remote manufacturing yard, wherein the yard leveling base is adapted to adjust the level of the top surface of the yard leveling base to account for unevenness or slope of the ground of the remote manufacturing yard.
