Tool
A tool for mounting a chisel on a chisel holder, having an actuating member, which has a push-off section, wherein the actuating member can be displaced along a displacement direction. It is possible to simplify changing the chisel if the actuating member can be shifted by an actuating unit. The actuating unit has a draw-in section, which is spaced apart from the push-off section and is arranged transversely with respect to the displacement direction of the actuating member. The actuating member can be power-operated bidirectionally in the displacement direction by the actuating unit.
Stacked pail separation device
A pail separation device comprised of two halves, each half having a wedge at the end of an exterior brace, an interior brace having a curved face, and which is attached to the exterior brace, and a handle attached to the interior brace and to the exterior brace. Also included is a fastener for locking the two halves together. The two halves further include ridged surfaces that mesh together to reduce slipping. The first and second wedges are dimensioned to fit between pails in a stack of pails such that force applied to the first and second handles can push the first wedge and the second wedge between the pails of a stack of pails so as to separate those pails.
ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR USE WITH ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT
An adjustment device for use in adjusting walls of athletic equipment includes an adjustment member, a base bracket secured to one end of the adjustment member and a secondary bracket secured around an opposed end of the adjustment member. Both the base bracket and the secondary bracket includes a receiving portion that has a projection radially extending from the brackets. The receiving portion of each bracket is configured to receive and lock opposing walls of the athletic equipment such that pressure from the base bracket and the secondary bracket is applied to and plastically deforms inner surfaces of the walls of the athletic equipment.
Adjustment device for use with athletic equipment
The present disclosure provides an adjustment device for use in adjusting walls of athletic equipment that includes a base bracket defining an aperture secured around one end of a rod or resilient member, and a secondary bracket defining a corresponding aperture secured around an opposite end of the rod or resilient member. The base bracket and secondary bracket each include a receiving portion configured to receive and lock walls of the athletic equipment. In one form, a knob or arm is secured to the rod such that the secondary bracket is moved in a direction away from the base bracket. The base bracket and secondary bracket may include at least one protection member and/or the receiving portion of the base bracket and secondary bracket may include a barrier member to protect the walls of the athletic equipment.

Scalpel blade remover
A blade disarmer is provided herein. The blade disarmer includes a base member having an elongated portion, a bottom portion, and first and second walls extending from the elongated portion. A cover member is removably attached to the base member forming a cavity therebetween. The cover member includes a hinge separating a body portion and a tab. A pair of dome-shaped portions is disposed on the tab configured to assist a pair of side surfaces of the tab proximate each respective dome-shaped portion to flex laterally. A closure mechanism is disposed on the first and second walls and configured to maintain the tab in a plurality of positions. First and second protrusions extend into the cavity.
Rail fence retractor
A rail fence retractor allowing removal of a fence rail engaged with a fence post comprising a blade having a first and second end. The first end of the blade is configured for insertion into a fence post slot having a rail inserted therein. The rail has self-locking tabs which must be depressed for removal of the rail from the fence post slot. The fence rail retractor also has a handle which is attached to the second end of the blade. The handle allows the application of force against handle to fix the position of the handle against the fence post during removal of the rail from the fence post slot. The handle is also useful in carrying the rail fence retractor when not in use. The handles of the rail fence retractor may be configured to allow integration with the blade. The handles may be also be configured to allow a pair of rail fence retractors to fit or snap together when not in use.
Method for disassembling a reinforcement from a part
A method of disassembling reinforcement from a part, the method including: fastening at least one metal stud on one side wall of the reinforcement and at least one other metal stud on the other side wall of the reinforcement, the studs extending substantially perpendicularly to the side walls on which they are fastened; moving the studs apart from each other to space apart the side walls of reinforcement and disengage snap-fastener mechanisms thereof from complementary mechanisms of the part; and removing the reinforcement from the part.
Clamping and spreading tool
A tool for providing a clamping force and a spreading force in the opposite direction of the clamping force. The tool includes a handle assembly having a trigger and a bar supported by the handle assembly. The bar is configured to move relative to the handle assembly when the trigger is actuated, and the bar includes a slot spanning from a first end of the bar to a second end of the bar. An inner rod is received within the slot, and a detent mechanism selectively couples the inner rod to the bar. The inner rod is received within the first end and coupled to the bar to provide the clamping force when the trigger is actuated, and the inner rod is received within the second end and coupled to the bar to provide the spreading force when the trigger is actuated.
Brake pad spreader tool
A hand held brake pad spreader tool for use with a brake caliper (90) of the kind having a sliding caliper body supporting an opposed pair of brake pads arranged to sandwich a brake disc and a piston (92) for clamping the brake pads against the brake disc. The tool comprising a body (20); a handle (22) on the body; an abutment on the body for engaging the caliper body; an elongate member (40) supported by the body for longitudinally sliding movement relative thereto, the elongate member having a piston engagement means (50) for engaging the piston; a manually actuable moveable member (30) supported on the body adjacent to the handle; and drive means (60) coupled between the moveable member (30) for moving the elongate member (40) longitudinally from a first retracted position to a second driving position in which the piston engagement means is in driving engagement with the piston when the abutment is in engagement with the caliper body to move the piston to spread the brake pads apart. At least a portion of the elongate member in driving engagement with the piston is mounted in the body for free rotation both clockwise and anti-clockwise. The tool further comprises means for rotating the portion of the elongate member.
