TORQUE TRANSMISSION MEMBER AND CENTERING TOOL FOR CENTERING ASSEMBLY OF TORQUE TRANSMISSION MEMBER
A torque transmission member for transmitting torque between a first rotating member and a second rotating member is provided. The torque transmission member has a first connection part and a second connection part which are concentrically arranged and fixedly connected with each other, wherein the first connection part is fixedly connected to the first rotating member, the second connection part is connected to the second rotating member in a torsion-proof manner, and the second connection part has a central hole for receiving the second rotating member. A cylindrical centering reference member is provided, the torque transmission member and the centering reference member are coaxially arranged by a centering tool during the process of assembling the torque transmission member, wherein the first connection part is provided with at least two through holes, and the centering tool passes through the through holes during a process of centering. A centering tool is provided for coaxially arranging the above-mentioned torque transmission member and a fixed cylindrical centering reference member, wherein the centering tool has at least two centering arms, wherein the centering arms are capable of passing through the through holes.
Surgical instrument with ultrasonic transducer having integral switches
An ultrasonic surgical device comprises a handle assembly, a shaft assembly, and a removable transducer module. The transducer module includes a waveguide, a locking mechanism, and an electronics assembly including at least one button. The handle assembly includes a trigger assembly configured to actuate the button(s) of the electronics assembly when the transducer module is coupled with the handle assembly. The shaft assembly engages the waveguide of the transducer module and is disposed at the distal end of the handle assembly. The distal end of the shaft assembly includes a harmonic blade. When assembled with the handle assembly, the transducer module is capable of providing ultrasonic energy to the harmonic blade.
Cover alignment tool
An alignment tool device for use in aligning a manway cover to a manway body/flange during installation of the manway cover includes a first plate with an L-shape has body with a pair of holes and a first tongue extending transversely from the plate. A second plate with an inverted-L shape has a body with a pair of holes and a second tongue extending transversely from the plate. The first plate is oriented substantially parallel to and opposing the second plate with the first tongue extending parallel to and overlapping the second tongue, where the first and second tongues extend in opposite directions. A height adjuster displaces the first plate relative to the second plate by adjustable engagement of the tongues.
