Exhaust liner deflection limiter
A system for limiting deflection of an exhaust sidewall liner on a variable geometry exhaust duct uses a spacer and a T-bolt. The system connects the exhaust sidewall liner to the static structure on a variable geometry exhaust duct. The spacer includes a chimney having a first side and a second side opposite of the first side, an aperture extending from the first side to the second side, a flange disposed on the first side, and at least one anti-rotation tab disposed on the second side near an edge of the second side. The T-bolt includes an elongated shaft that extends along an axis and having a diameter, and a head having at least one straight edge connected to an end of the shaft. The at least one straight edge engages with the anti-ration tab, thereby preventing rotation of the stud T-bolt about the axis.
Variable-geometry spacing connector for formwork and modular formwork system including such connector
A spacing connector used for assembling formworks and made up of at least one crosspiece, the crosspiece being connected, at both of its opposite ends, with at least one respective connection portion suited to make a connection with at least one panel of such formwork, the spacing connector also including at least one transpiration duct featuring two respective end openings, each of the end openings leading to a respective connection portion. Also disclosed is a formwork system including the spacing connectors.
Structural joint
The present invention relates to an expansion joint to bridge an expansion gap between two parts of concrete slabs used in floor construction, especially in the manufacture of concrete floors such as for example in industrial floors. Such expansion joints are evidently required to take up the inevitable shrinkage process of the concrete and to assure that the floor elements can expand or contract such as for example occur by temperature fluctuations and resulting in a horizontal displacement of the floor panels vis--vis one another.
COUPLING FOR PERSONAL CARE DEVICE
A first component (16) for a personal care device comprises a first coupling interface for allowing the first component (16) to be releasably and repeatably coupled to a second component for the personal care device via a second coupling interface of the second component. The first coupling interface comprising a portion of material (38) that can change shape with changes in temperature to couple the first coupling interface to the second coupling interface. The portion of the material (38; 60) is configured to deform during coupling and uncoupling, and to revert towards an original shape after the first coupling interface and the second coupling interface have been coupled or uncoupled. The invention also provides a personal care device (10) comprising the first component (16; 12), and the second component (12; 16) having the second coupling interface.

EXHAUST LINER DEFLECTION LIMITER
A system for limiting deflection of an exhaust sidewall liner on a variable geometry exhaust duct uses a spacer and a T-bolt. Method and assembly for attaching components
An exemplary method of adjustably mounting a first component to a second component includes, among other things, securing the first component to the second component with a linking member, and selectively adjusting the temperature of a variable portion of the linking member to change a size of the linking member.
