A temporary fastener a plunger having a distal portion including a plurality of plunger fingers, where depressing the plunger causes axial translation of a collet body to place the temporary fastener in an activated state where a plurality of flexible fingers in the collet body radially converge and where releasing the plunger places the temporary fastener in a clamped state in which the plurality of flexible fingers in the collet body are outwardly displaced. The temporary fastener further includes a web element positioned at a proximal end of a rod and including a plurality of opening permitting the plurality of plunger fingers to axially translate there through during depression and release of the plunger. The temporary fastener further includes a spring positioned within a case and exerting a restorative force on the collet body and the plunger in response to depression of the plunger.

Mechanical locking system for panels

A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane with a second main surface. The first and second main planes are essentially perpendicular in a locked position. The first and the second panel include a locking device for locking a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel. The locking device includes an edge groove wherein the edge groove includes a tongue, which is configured to cooperate with a tongue groove of the first panel, in a locked position, for locking the first and the second edges in a first direction which is perpendicular to the first main plane. A first groove surface of the edge groove cooperate with second main surface to lock the first and second panel in a second direction which is perpendicular to the second main plane.

Connection mechanism

A connection mechanism is used for detachably installing a carrier device to a supporting device. The connection mechanism includes a first base, fixed on the supporting device, a second base, fixed on the carrier device and detachably connected to the first base, a latch, movably disposed on the second base and corresponding to the first base, and an operating component, disposed on the second base and operably connected to the latch. The operating component selectively drives the latch to move to a locking position so that the second base is locked to the first base, or drives the latch to move to an unlocking position so that the second base is unlocked from the first base.

Quick Release Device for a Slide Track

A quick release device for a slide track includes a frame having an abutment section. A positioning seat is fixed to the frame and has a fixing section located adjacent to the abutment section and a first sleeve. A plurality of positioning devices is mounted to the fixing section and extends beyond the abutment section. A retaining member includes a base having first and second sides. At least one arm extends from the first side of the base and includes a hook. A second sleeve and a limiting portion are formed on the second side of the base. An axle is pivotably received in the first sleeve and the second sleeve to pivotably connect the retaining member to the positioning seat. An elastic element is pivotably mounted to the axle and includes two tangs respectively attached to the positioning seat and the limiting portion of the retaining member.

An output part is provided to the left end of a clamp arm that is supported by a housing so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. At the left end of the housing, a first hole for spring fitting opens obliquely upward towards the output part. A through hole that links the upper surface and the lower surface of the clamp arm is disposed obliquely upward at a left-leaning part of the clamp arm. A second hole for spring fitting and a female screw hole are formed, in that order, upwards in the through hole. A return spring that is installed through the first hole and the second hole impels the output part upwards. A push bolt that is screwed into the female screw hole rom above compresses the return spring.

Quick release connector

The present invention is directed to an improved sports helmet including a quick release connector assembly for the faceguard that allows for rapid disconnection of the faceguard from the helmet shell. The connector includes a bracket, and a coupler mechanism featuring an elongated pin, a head component, a spring, a retractable engaging element and a washer. The connector assembly is moveable between a use position, wherein the faceguard is secured to the shell by the bracket and the coupler mechanism, and a released position wherein the bracket and the faceguard are disconnected from the shell. An inwardly directed actuation force that lacks a rotational component is applied to the elongated pin to move from the use position to the released position.

Aircraft seat attachment system provided with a system for locking an activation lever and/or for maintaining a clamping force by friction

The invention relates to an aircraft seat attachment (100) including a body (20), a plunger (30), and an activation lever (50). The activation lever (50) includes a locking system (54) adapted to go from an open position corresponding to a free state of the activation lever (50) to a closed position corresponding to a locked state of the activation lever (50). The attachment also enables, in a locked state of said attachment, clamping of a seat rail between at least one boss (22) of said body (20) and the plunger (30), which includes a system (41) for maintaining by friction a force clamping the attachment to the rail in the locked state so that the activation lever (50) does not participate in maintaining said clamping force.
