INTERMITTENT SPIGOT JOINT FOR GAS TURBINE ENGINE CASING CONNECTION
A gas turbine engine casing apparatus includes annular first and second annular cases connected by a spigot joint. The spigot joint includes an annular projection of the first annular case fitted into an annular recess of the second annular case. A plurality of circumferentially spaced apart scallops are formed on one of surfaces of the annular projection or of the annular recess, and are located in selective circumferential locations adjacent respective enhanced stiff areas of the first and second annular cases.
Device for clamping a printed circuit board module in a mounting groove
A device for retaining a printed circuit board module in a mounting groove of a cold plate, the device comprising an elongated housing made of metal, which has a cross-section in the shape of a horizontal U. A pressure piece made of metal is mounted in the housing so as to be displaceable transversely relative to the rotational axis of the housing and comprises a flat clamping surface on the front side. A rotary cylinder can be rotatably mounted in the housing so as to be transversely displaceable relative to the rotational axis. During a rotation, eccentric guide elements can be used to effect a forward displacement of the rotary cylinder. The pressure piece follows the displacement of the rotary cylinder and slides outward. The waste heat of the printed circuit board module is transported via the housing and the pressure piece to the cold plate.
Accessories for oscillating power tools
An accessory for coupling to an attachment mechanism of an oscillating power tool includes a working end, an opposite rear end, and a fitment portion adjacent the rear end portion. The fitment portion includes a central opening having a central portion and a rearward portion open to the rear end, and configured to receive a post of a tool clamping mechanism. The fitment portion further includes a first plurality of openings in communication with and extending radially outward from the central portion, a second plurality of openings not in communication with and positioned radially outward from the central portion. The central portion, the first plurality of openings, and the second plurality of openings are configured to couple the fitment portion to a plurality of different configurations of attachment mechanisms for oscillating power tools.
Tool holder
A tool holder comprises a cage assembly having a pair of axially spaced hollow members with axially aligned through openings sized for axial extension of tool handles of different sizes and shapes through both of the aligned openings. A cradle member is transversely movable in opposite directions between the hollow members toward and away from respective inwardly facing wall surfaces of the hollow members for releasably clamping tool handles extending through both aligned openings against the inwardly facing wall surfaces.
Device for connecting a steering column to a steering gear housing
A device for connecting a steering column to a steering gear housing comprising a shaft (2) having an end portion (20), a clamping collar (1) comprising two arms (10, 11) arranged relative to one another in such a way as to delimit a cavity (3) able to guide the shaft (2) into a position of engagement and keep the shaft (2) in the engaged position, and means (16) for clamping the arms (10, 11) onto the shaft in the engaged position with a set torque, the cavity (3) comprising a coupling zone (4) and an entry zone (5) situated to the rear of the coupling zone in the direction of insertion and dimensioned in relation to the coupling zone (4) in such a way as to prevent the clamping means from being clamped to the set torque when the end portion is situated in the entry zone (5).
