Lighted balloon and floral arch
A balloon and floral arch adapted for receiving balloons and floral arrangements thereon. The arch is made up of a plurality of light weight, clear plastic, outer tubes, typically in 5 feet sections. The outer tubes are joined together end to end and formed into an arch. The arch can be 25 feet, 35 feet and greater. The outer tubes are used to receive a light weight, clear plastic inner tube with a string of LED lights. Opposite ends of the arch are attached to a pair of heavy, metal base plates for holding the arch upright on a floor surface. The string of lights can be powered by a 12 volt DC battery or a 110 AC electrical outlet. The arch can also include a remote control switch box for turning the lights on and off and starting blinking lights, fast or slow.
Wedge clamp for securing safety guards around industrial equipment
A device for securing safety guards around machinery is described which includes a portable wedge clamp device which is inserted through both the safety guard and the post. The portable wedge clamp device includes a base wedge member and a corresponding drive wedge member. A set screw is used to prevent the drive wedge member from moving and becoming unlocked.
Extending pole clamping device
An extending pole clamping device comprises a main body mounted on one end of an outer pole that receives insertion of an inner pole, a second body surrounding the inner pole and connected to the main body at the back portion, and a clamping lever rotatably connected at a base thereof to dual ramps at a front side of the second body. The extending pole clamping device further comprises a push button at a front side of the main body, wherein the push button is linked to an engagement pin that penetrates the outer pole and inserts into an engagement hole on the inner pole. The extending pole clamping device is unlocked by firstly opening the clamping lever and secondly depressing the push button to allow adjustment of the length of the inner pole, and locked by firstly releasing the push button and secondly closing the clamping lever.
