An aluminum-alloy-clad plate in which a plurality of aluminum alloy layers are layered and diffusion heat treatment is performed thereon, wherein aluminum alloy layers having a specific composition are layered so as to each have a different content Mg or Zn, the structure of the aluminum alloy clad plate after diffusion heat treatment thereof has a minute crystal grain diameter and a predetermined amount of a specific Mg and Zn inter-diffusion region in which Mg and Zn of layered aluminum alloy layers are diffused with each other, and increased strength and high moldability are obtained at the same time.
COMPOSITE COATING AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a composite coating and a method for fabricating the composite coating. The composite coating comprises a polymer layer, a metal interlayer and an amorphous metal coating. The polymer layer is formed on a substrate and acts as a diffusion barrier layer, which is thick and dense enough to prevent the corrosive substances from penetrating into the substrate. The metal interlayer is formed between the polymer layer and the amorphous metal coating for improving the adhesion of the amorphous metal coating to the substrate.

One embodiment of the disclosure provides a method of fabricating a chamber component with a coating layer disposed on an interface layer with desired film properties. In one embodiment, a method of fabricating a coating material includes providing a base structure comprising an aluminum or silicon containing material, forming an interface layer on the base structure, wherein the interface layer comprises one or more elements from at least one of Ta, Al, Si, Mg, Y, or combinations thereof, and forming a coating layer on the interface layer, wherein the coating layer has a molecular structure of Si.sub.vY.sub.wMg.sub.xAl.sub.yO.sub.z. In another embodiment, a chamber component includes an interface layer disposed on a base structure, wherein the interface layer is selected from at least one of Ta, Al, Si, Mg, Y, or combinations thereof, and a coating layer disposed on the interface layer, wherein the coating layer has a molecular structure of Si.sub.vY.sub.wMg.sub.xAl.sub.yO.sub.z.

COMPOSITE STRUCTURE WITH ALUMINUM-BASED ALLOY LAYER CONTAINING BORON CARBIDE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A composite structure with an aluminum-based alloy layer containing boron carbide and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The composite structure includes a substrate with an open hole in that surface and the aluminum-based alloy layer containing boron carbide. The aluminum-based alloy layer is disposed in the open hole and contains aluminum, boron, carbon, and oxygen, wherein the content of aluminum is between 4 at. % and 55 at. %, the content of boron is between 9 at. % and 32 at. %, the content of carbon is between 13 at. % and 32 at. %, the content of oxygen is between 2 at. % and 38 at. %, and the ratio of the content of boron to carbon is between 0.3 and 2.7.

CLAD SHEETS FOR HEAT EXCHANGERS
This application discloses a material comprising an aluminum metal alloy cladding fusion-cast to a metal alloy core. Also disclosed is a material comprising a metal core comprising a high content of scrap metal and having two sides, a first aluminum metal cladding fusion cast to the first side of the core layer, and a second aluminum metal cladding fusion cast to the second side of the core layer. The materials can be in a form of a sheet. Sheets are roll bonded together to create permanent metallurgical bonds except at regions where a weld-stop ink is applied. The sheets are used to make corrosion resistant heat exchangers.
