Method for producing high-pressure gas storage container
A method produces a high-pressure gas storage container that includes a liner and a reinforcing layer. The liner houses a high-pressure gas. The reinforcing layer is formed by winding a plurality of strip-shaped reinforcing members around an outer perimeter surface of the liner. The method includes irradiating plasma on at least a portion of the reinforcing fibers, and adjusting an irradiation intensity of the plasma such that an irradiation amount of the plasma with respect to the reinforcing fibers becomes constant in accordance with changes in a transport speed of the reinforcing fibers.
Materials for fire protection
A composite material for fire protection comprises: a) an inorganic fibre core comprising inorganic fibres interlocked or entangled to form a coherent body resistant against separation laminated between b) at least two layers of phyllosilicate insulation the material further comprising a barrier integral to the material to hinder ingress of humidity to edges of the inorganic fibre core.
Hollow wall composite tube, methods of production and uses thereof
A hollow wall composite tube for improving performance in sports shafts and lightweight structural members is disclosed that includes: a constituent tube, for forming the wall, that comprises: a flexible core component, for providing an adjustable shape on which to wind or braid filaments or fabric; and an adjustable shape hollow structure, for reducing weight, providing a path for the core to be evacuated, tightly conformed to the core, and tow, braid filaments or fabric, for providing a reinforcing fiber matrix for saturation with epoxy, spirally wrapped, applied or braided on the constituent tube. Methods of producing contemplated composite tubes are also disclosed.
ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE MULTIFILAMENT YARN
Multifilament yarn containing n filaments are provided, wherein the filaments are obtained by spinning an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), said yarn having a tenacity (Ten) as expressed in cN/dtex of Ten(cN/dtex)=f×n.sup.−0.05×dpf .sup.−0.15, wherein Ten is at least 39 cN/dtex, n is at least 25, f is a factor of at least 58 and dpf is the dtex per filament.
Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene multifilament yarn
The invention relates to a multifilament yarn containing n filaments, wherein the filaments are obtained by spinning an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), said yarn having a tenacity (Ten) as expressed in cN/dtex of Ten(cN/dtex)=f×n.sup.−0.05×dpf.sup.−0.15, wherein Ten is at least 39 cN/dtex, n is at least 25, f is a factor of at least 58 and dpf is the dtex per filament.

Load plan generation
Load Plan Generator (LPG) is a BIAPPS utility for generating ODI load plans based on desired subset of fact tables for loading BIAPPS Data Warehouse. The tool simplifies the configurations process by minimizing the manual steps and configurations and provides a guided list of configurations steps and checklists. The load plan components can include different sets of load plans that will be stitched together by the load plan generator to create one load plan for loading chosen fact groups in the warehouse sourcing from different transaction systems.

Tubular venting device for surgical casts and other orthopedic devices
Described is a venting device including a flexible outer covering defining an outer surface and an inner surface, a set of helicoidal venting strips, and a set of helicoidal buffers. The outer covering has a first end and a second end and a longitudinal axis therebetween. Each venting strip is anchored to the inner surface and extends substantially between the first end and the second end and the set of venting strips is arranged substantially helicoidal and defines a set of helicoidal seams therebetween. The set of helicoidal buffers includes a buffer covering an inner opening of each seam of the set of helicoidal seams where each buffer is configured to shield the inner opening of the corresponding seam from penetration and each buffer is anchored to at least one of the outer covering and a neighbouring venting strip of the set of venting strips.
