Heat-shrinkable multilayer film
Provided is a heat-shrinkable multilayer film including: an outer surface layer including a thermoplastic resin; an intermediate layer including a polyamide resin; and an inner surface layer including a sealable resin; the total thickness of the heat-shrinkable multilayer film being from 95 to 160 μm; the thickness of the intermediate layer including the polyamide resin being from 17 to 47 μm; the thickness of the inner surface layer being 55 μm or greater; and the ratio of the thickness of the intermediate layer including the polyamide resin to the total thickness of the heat-shrinkable multilayer film being from 18 to 29%. The heat-shrinkable multilayer film of the present invention has high strength and excellent flexibility. Therefore, the heat-shrinkable multilayer film of the present invention is easily stretched and formed, and can be suitably used as a variety of packaging materials including a food packaging material.
Multi-layered fuel tubing
The invention describes a flexible tubular article for transport of volatile hydrocarbons comprising: (a) an inner layer of a polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) polymer or a polyvinylidene difluoride copolymer; (b) an intermediate thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) layer extruded in tubular form over the inner PVDF layer, and (c) a polyvinyl chloride polymer extruded in tubular form over the outside surface of the intermediate layer and being coextensive therewith. The tubular articles of the invention have a maximum permeation rating of 15 g/m.sup.2/day under SAE J1737 test conditions.
Sealing film suitable for food packaging and preparation method thereof
A sealing film suitable for food packaging is disclosed, which adopts the following solution. The sealing film comprises, in sequence, a PET layer, a VMPET layer and a PE layer from outside to inside, wherein the PE layer comprises 100-110 parts of PE, 15-20 parts of EVA, 15-20 parts of EAA, 55-60 parts of HDPE and 10-15 parts of LLDPE in parts by mass. In this manner, the addition of HDPE and LLDPE into the PE layer is intended to enhance the tensile strength of the sealing film.
Method for producing tubular bodies for packaging tubes, and a packaging tube
A method for manufacturing tubular bodies (1) exhibiting an inner circumferential surface (8) and outer circumferential surface (7) for packaging tubes out of a strip-shaped film substrate (2), which exhibits at least one weldable plastic layer (3) or consists of the latter, and which encompasses a first edge face (5) extending in the longitudinal direction of the film substrate (2) or a second edge face (6) spaced apart from the first edge face (5) by the width of the film substrate (2), wherein the first edge face (5) runs at a first angle (α) relative to a first thickness extension direction on a first radially innermost border (9) of the first edge face (5), and the second edge face (6) runs at a second angle (β) relative to a second thickness extension direction on a second radially outermost border of the second edge face (6), and wherein the first and second edge faces (6) are placed opposite each other and joined together during exposure to heat, wherein the first angle (α) and second angle (β) differ in size, in that the selected first angle (α) is smaller than the second angle (β) by an angular difference of between 3° and 70°, and that the edge faces (5, 6) are situated in such a way that an outwardly open longitudinal gap (11) is delimited by the first and second edge faces (5, 6).
Ultraviolet curable composition and storage body
An ultraviolet curable composition includes a polymerizable compound and is stored in a storage body, in which an amount of water is greater than or equal to 0.05 mass % and less than or equal to 1.0 mass % with respect to a total amount of the ultraviolet curable composition, a content of at least one metal element selected from a group consisting of Li, Na, K, Ag, Mg, Ca, Ba, Zn, Fe, Sn, Al, and Zr is greater than or equal to 10 ppm by mass, and a content of each metal element included in the group is less than or equal to 250 ppm by mass.
COMPOSITE PREFORM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, COMPOSITE CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND COMPOSITE CONTAINER PRODUCT LOADED WITH BEER
To provide a composite preform that can ensure that worsening of the appearance of a surface of a plastic member caused by near-infrared heating prior to blow molding is effectively prevented and that an inner preform is efficiently heated. The composite preform of the present invention includes a preform and a heat-contractive plastic member, the preform including a mouth part; a trunk part linked to the mouth part; and a bottom part linked to the trunk part, and the heat-contractive plastic member being disposed so as to surround the outside of the preform and including at least a colored layer that contains a resin material and a colorant, wherein the heat-contractive plastic member has a near-infrared transmittance of 50% or higher.
